Warning this a placed misdiagnosed my repair and still charged me fo a battery that was not a problem. They have a no refund policy which is a license to rip you off with no penalty. Replaced my battery 3 times and I have same problem I came in with. Terrible customer service, lady ignored me and spoke on the phone while I waited to speak to her. She told me it was most likely a motherboard issue but still charged me for a battery that did not fix issue. By saying there was a no refund policy it they get away with terrible customer service. I was referred here by a coworker and although it was a bit out of my way I am glad I came here! They were able to bring my phone back to life, I had first taken it to the mall where they failed to fix my phone after waiting three hours. They had my phone fixed in about half an hour and charged me $30 less than what the mall was asking for. The girls were super nice and the guy working there was hilarious, he called me Cardi B. Good thing I had a working phone these people have no sense of urgency. They tell you they are going to call you back - or text you - they never do. They don't tell you a part is unavailable until after they install a different one. To top it off they claim to be busy. My Amazon table's screen broke. That is a pain in the neck bc their tablets are so cheap that you can't find a tech who will replace it. I got lucky a friend recommended this place. They charged a flat fee which was still cheaper than buying a new tablet and guaranteed their work. They have to order the parts after you hire them so you need to be patient. That is how they keep their costs down. If you are in a hurry, buy a new tablet. In my case, the first screen they got didn't work properly. There is no way for them to see this until they have installed it. They called me to the store to explain to me why they needed to reorder the screen. This of course added more time. After they got the new screen, they quickly replaced it, tested it, and gave me my tablet. That was months ago. I waited bc I wanted to see how well the table worked. It works perfectly; as good as new. read more

Used to be a great place. Now, they are rude, nasty and money hungry. I dropped my Samsung phone off to have the screen replaced. I forgot to pick it up for about 30 days due to unavoidable issues. After a few reminder calls, I received a call from the nasty employee, stating that if I didn't pick up the phone within two days, it was now their phone. Aside from the questionable legality of the issue (depending upon what I signed which I need to review), that is not how you treat a customer. I have spent a lot of money in that store in the past. When I brought up the fact that I will never do business there again for the way I was treated, the employee flat out told me that's fine with her. Who treats customers like that? Absolutely terrible customer service. Apparently there is a new owner who has decided to retain this nasty employee. Stay away from this place. Oh, my goodness. I love this place. Shattered my iPhone 7 Plus screen today at work. Called around to price check and this place was HALF the price of anywhere else. The work is excellent and it was completed in 30 minutes or so. The service was also superb...so friendly and welcoming, which unfortunately is often rare in South Florida. I hope I don't crack my screen again, but if I do, I know where to go. They also perform all kinds of other phone/iPad, etc. repair services, which I will keep in mind. Great experience! read more

Went to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed with the Groupon and they tell me that I also need my LCD fixed which will be $20 extra. That's fine. I pay the extra $20 and it takes them about an hour to fix it. Not bad. About 2 weeks after I get it fixed, the phone starts to blank out randomly and I would have to reset it. The screen becomes fuzzy. So of course I take it back it... the receipt states that you 90 day to bring it back if you experience any issues. When I show her the screen and explain the situation, she tries to charge me another $50 to re-replace the LCD!! Keep in mind they only charged 20 the first. This is besides the fact that they tried to charge me for something they did wrong. Not only that, the screen are so cheap because they're terrible quality. The touch screen is way to sensitive, you can put the phone in your pocket or up to your ear, without it pressing buttons on its own. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more
