When I went to Ready2Tek I didn't know exactly what to expect. Apple recommended them and they were closer than any Apple Store, so I took my chances. My father's computer somehow got fried during a lighting storm, and immediately Ari and Carlos, one of the techs who works there, got on the case. They first tried to fix it on the spot, but when the parts they had on hand were not compatible they stepped up to the plate, and decided to keep the computer over night. And over night it was, it was the fastest turn around I've ever experienced. Additionally, the quality of their work shows. The computer is running wonderfully. They are also incredibly honest, affordable, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend their services.

I researched smaller independent companies in the Fort Lauderdale area. I hoped to receive more personalized service and created a short list. I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I admit that I seldom recommend things from books to restaurants to motion pictures to anything, BUT I wholeheartedly will recommend BBM Tech Computer Solutions. I encountered WeRecoverData after looking for a data recovery service for my two 1 TB RAID 0…read moredrives. I was firstly advised "The first step is to have our engineers examine the RAID in order to determine the steps required to complete a successful recovery, the time frame needed and the cost. This evaluation is free and without obligation," yet was charged $95 for "SSD Evaluation Fee" (possibly what they called a diagnostic fee) before even sending the drives. I chose to send the drives to their Orlando location, two hours away, but when I asked about their offer for a free shipping label they sent me a Fedex label for Miami. When I asked about this, they said the Orlando location was just a forwarding location and the lab itself is located in Miami. At Fedex, I paid $10 to have the item wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed proper. A few days later, they quoted $2400+ for recovery. I declined. They said it would be $37 to send the drives back through USPS Ground Advantage. When I received the drives, they were in a thin bubble mailer with a generic 'Fragile' sticker on it. Overall, I was completely dissatisfied with such service. Personally, I also found their customer service lacking in warmth and their written documents geared towards throwing off less-technical clients. I went with a competitor who quoted $700 all inclusive and they were successful.
