As soon as we were comfortable we were offered an included bottle of Sardinian wine, red or white. Then the food started to flow. Since it is a price fix undisclosed menu each course was a surprise. It started with fresh vegetable crudités and some ham, then the cheese course of hard and soft cheeses. A honey ricotta was just so delicious. Then the charcuterie course of prosciutto, serano and wild boar was served. Several other courses followed but I won't describe them so as not to spoil your experience. Everything was perfectly prepared and served with a relaxed efficiency. The wine was excellent and when we finished it were ordered a different, even better, Sardinian wine. Everyone enjoyed this unique experience and best of all was the price! Only 238€, about $280, for 4 people which in a US city would be anywhere from $500 and up.
