They immediately cornered us to ask if we had a reservation, yet we watched them let other customers pass through the door right after us without asking them the same question. The waitresses seemed completely bored and visibly bothered whenever we asked for service. In fact, when we asked for assistance, the waitress seemed irritated. It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the toxic attitude. The beef was incredibly tough, and the rest of the meal lacked flavor--likely because the hostile atmosphere ruined any chance of enjoying it. On a hot evening, the only thing welcoming about this place was the air conditioner. The air was cold, and the service was even colder.I will never go back to this establishment, not even for a glass of water. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a warm, respectful, and pleasant dining experience in Florence.

Upon arrival, we were told we needed to order atleast two portions of meat equating to $100 euro if we were to sit down and weren't allowed to order any korean dishes off the menu without doing so. I have never experienced this type of predicament where I had no autonomy over what I were to order. I was looking to order dishes like bibimbap and jigae stew which they advertise on their menu. Ultimately we ended up leaving and it wasn't a pleasant encounter, it kind of felt like they were trying to rip us off as tourists.

It's a themed restaurant that sells burgers, chicken, steak, salads, fries, etc. Basic American food. There's not many places in Italy where this kind of food is served. The food isn't very good. The burger I ordered was dry and I'm sure the meat had bread (bread crumbs or like) added to it. The fries were ok. A little too salty. The desert was fairly plain. Tasted if purchased from a supermarket frozen section. The staff was good. They were friendly and helpful. Young people in their late teens and early twenties. There's games inside and an old west theme. For locals, this place may fit the bill for a taste of burgers and fries. Change of pace from Italian food. Unfortunately they aren't getting a good representation of American food. And for Americans visiting, I would recommend sticking to the numerous Italian restaurant choices available in Florence. You can always get a good burger and fries when you get back home.

I don't think it is stellar but I also think they do an allright job. One really cool aspect is that they give you peanuts to shell and leave on the floor/table just like they do in Texas at some restaurants. They have mostly tex-mex options, from ribs, nachos, burgers, wraps to Italian food. Their burgers are pretty good, I really enjoyed mine the last time. I think their nachos are just ok, but I will admit that the only place you will get close to perfect nachos is at Hard Rock caffe in the center. I recommend ordering the chicken wrap which is a perfect size and served with chips and beans. perfect for lunch. enjoy!

In a beautiful alley you'll find Il Feudo. Service and ambience was on point today. Even though it was easily evident down our whole party was from over sees the peeps who waited on us were very kind and patient. I ended up ordering something more on the simple side. The Tagliatelle al cinghiale drew me to it because of the meat. They use specific type of boar in the area to pair with the pasta. I think the idea is that you keep the overall dish simple so you can focus on the flavors of meat however for me it was just ok. Even though I knew what to expect, there was still something in the back of my mind that felt the dish was lacking something. The dish definitely had flavor so it wasn't an issue of salt or anything like that. But for some reason I was expecting to be more blown away by the dish. I definitely would come back but I think if I did I would just probably try a different pasta. Other than that I had a good experience.

Beef ravioli (€15) - Really really disappointing. It clearly tasted just like frozen ravioli with sauce likely from a can. In fact, I think most frozen ravioli I've gotten from grocery stores tastes better than this. What a shame. Steak (€36 for 260g) - It seemed like steak was this place's specialty, so I was hopefully this could redeem it from the ravioli... but I was wrong. For €36, I would have expected a high quality steak, but instead I got a very mediocre, kinda chewy steak that was of no higher quality than the cuts that I can buy from the grocery store. The owner is American (maybe with Italian heritage), but I still expected better from a place like this with the popularity and reviews that I saw. The interior of the restaurant is cozy without many tables (hence the line to get in). Bottom line is I think you are better off finding a different place to eat in Cinque Terre / Riomaggiore with actual good quality authentic Italian food.

I ordered a burger and beef ravioli ragu, and I have to say, the only reason this restaurant gets any business is because there are only five restaurants open in the area. They DO NOT serve fresh pasta. I asked the owner, who is from New Jersey, if the pasta was made in-house, and she told me it was "outsourced." She said the information was included in the menu but I did not see that. I personally watched the "chef" pour frozen pasta into the pot. To make matters worse, I was expecting pasta with actual meat sauce but was served plain red sauce that seemed like it came from a can. Dining here was a deeply disappointing experience. I would recommend not being fooled by their reviews and just choosing a place that has fresh food. The owner is also extremely cold and rude. There are hidden charges so beware. Make sure to ask about the food you are ordering and any hidden fees if you do choose to dine here.
