First time visiting this establishment, I felt the wings and pizza was very good, full of flavor and priced very well. The service was excellent, Eric took my order, he was nice, kind, friendly and remembered everyone's name in my party of 30 people!!!! You don't get customer service like that anymore! I would definitely return!! My only complaint was the ac was broken- whew it was hot; but the food was so good it didn't matter. read more

Not worth saying anything. But it's basic, below average and overpriced considering the portions, it's one and done for me.

I had some really serious issues due to changes in medication. Literally couldn't walk. I'm so thank for the team who helped me.

I saw this pizza place advertised off i75 on a sign with other fast food spots and decided to give it a shot! This is pizza you know is super fresh because it's so piping hot fresh out the oven. It's also decently quick and the workers were nice. I quickly got the vibe that this is a nice family oriented pizza shop and wasn't too crowded for a Sunday afternoon but had some families here and there. They have TVs all around and even had some shows on for the kids. The pizza was perfectly cooked and the pepperonis were crispy how I like it, there was lots of cheese on it but the only drawback was the red sauce didn't have too much flavor. The best part was when I asked for ranch they gave me a big container and didn't even charge extra for it- so nice. I would for sure return here. read more

We were in Naples on vacation and we wanted wings so we took a chance in this place. Wings we're pretty good. No complaints there, but we raised a question about how you order wings because the system had some weird glitch where the ordering different flavors was weird.... And the guy had an attitude when we raised the question. He said that it was the system. So we asked if he could just tell the cook. Any ways, waiting for food to come to our table, we noticed they brought it to you. Well ours was the only one who was called to come pick up from the counter. Feeling like he did it purposefully, as I left I decided to ask him why it was the case. He said it was because his fellow coworker was not at front counter, but in fact she was!! She was there when WE picked up our food. Obviously he did this out of spite and like the other reviews state, the service is poor. Bad attitude and not friendly. Hopefully the young man sees that food service is about accommodating and people do recognize how his attitude towards us was. He was the ONLY reason I decided to make this review. read more

My wife and I moved out to the estates yesterday. We were craving some pizza and wings. We ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, a large pizza with pepperoni and 10 medium wings. We used DoorDash for delivery. Our order arrived in 30 minutes. The pizza was perfect in reference to size, toppings and tastiness. The wings were great as well. I can't complain about one thing. This pizza & wings place is a strict Naples local... and just as the name suggests... it's a pizza and wings haven. And yummmm. I've never been to this place when it was busy. Families are almost always the customers... perhaps because the main feature is the decent-sized TV at the center playing some kid-friendly movie. I swear it has a power over children where they suddenly, mindlessly munch the food with eyes glued to the screens. As for the food, I'm a big buffalo wings fan and this tastes typical, but doesn't disappoint. As for the pizza, there's many variations... you can get a personal pizza and add a slew of toppings (for additional price)... and things can get pricey. My children and I usually love coming here for their pizza and wings...they are always so good. In the past year I have noticed the staff has a major issue with customer service and seem to have a bit of an attitude problem. Today in particular one of the staff was very rude when I went to pick up my bread sticks ...apparently asking for marinara sauce was a huge inconvenience. Elyjah was the young man's name and I think maybe he and the rest of the staff need a course in customer service. Wasn't overly impressed. I rated it a 3 because the meat was very abundant on the medium pizza and it seemed fresh. I was disappointed because there's not much flavor in the pizza no garlic flavor. The mild wings had no flavor- it tasted like oil with redish Orange food coloring in it. I tried the suicide flavor and to me it was medium in heat. It had a much better flavor. There were a lot of teenagers and families there and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. They have 3 big screen TVs and it's loud. I won't go back, but I wouldn't say not to eat here. read more

Haven't been here in a while and always came for wings. Ordered 10 wings and a 3 piece chicken tender. Assistant manager said they can not accommodate mixing wing sauces to make spicy barbecue which I've gotten many of times in the past. Wings came out and were very small but they did give me double the wings which was nice to try and accommodate the lack in size. They also ran out of ketchup and when I went to ask for it at first a younger guy tried helping me but couldn't really hear me with his iPhone headphones on. Overall food was mediocre and I can't say anything other than the guy doing face panting and balloons was exciting. read more

It tasted very good and I started crying when I bit into it it was so mouth watering the employees work very hard and the manager is great.

We love the pizza and wings. I sent my wife to get pick up and their map had shown the wrong location so she drove around and never found them. I talked to the manager and within moments the district manager had made everything right and now there map location is correct. If only other businesses had such great customer service. Stopped here on a whim one day. Ordered two medium pizzas and 20 wings. They came out within 10 minutes of ordering. One of the pop machines was giving out warm pop but that wasn't a problem because there was another one right next to it that was working great. The wings were some of the best I've ever had, we ordered them plain and got ranch to dip. The pizza was amazing as well, great crust and toppings we got bacon on one and green peppers and onion on the other. All the food came out fast and piping hot. My family and I usually go to Il Primos once a week we enjoy the wings especially. We have ordered our wings and pizza well done multiple occasions. Every time it never comes out well done. This time we ordered and asked for well done and asked to make sure the food was well done. We received the food under cook and not as we ordered. I asked for the food to be cooked well done. The response I received was. OH WELL WE ARE BUSY. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU. I was very surprised and speechless to have such horrible response and treatment. I was informed that their regional manager was just in and knew they were busy so it was ok. If there regional manager allows this poor excuse to be used by his employees is poor business decisions. How do you expect people to come back if they cannot get what they ordered if they are paying for it. It's not my fault your busy so now I have to suffer. sad thing is back in high school i basically lived off Il Primos wings. Now i wont even go in there anymore. Their wings are small, unsaucy and just not as good as the many other places in naples to get a real GOOD wing. their pizza is so-so, its cheap which is good but they just went downhill right around 2008. the one thing however they still do good is the garlic bread. read more

Went in on Sunday for the $10 large pizza asked for ham and cheddar. Went with my daughter and 21 month old grandson because it's fast and easy. We soldered a large pizza ham & cheddar, small order of wings and zucchini sticks. Sides came quick- good thing little one hungry! Pizza came- took 2 pices out to cool - noticed it was medium no ham- asked Myra who took our order what happened, she said that's what you ordered. When I asked for the manager, she went in the back and came back and said she was and there was nothing she could do, since we touched the pizza and we should have said something right when we got the pizza! So no large for $10, but a medium for $10.20, no ham. She was rude, and made no effort or apologies for clearly a mistake on her part. Paul the owner will be gstting a call on Monday!
