A true thin pizza, it was more of a knife and fork affair, though as an american I tried to pick it up and eat it for a while, but it lacked the structure for that. What it missed in stability though it more than made up for in taste. There are a lot of reservations here for later in the evening and it's a medium sized place, but if you come earlier they have no problem letting you sit wherever you like, though you will be reminded repeatedly of how much time you have left before you have to go if you run up against the reservation time. It's a bit pricy for pizza, but definitely worth it.
