The first pair didn't work well for me, but he quickly identified the issue and had me come right back in to re-scan my feet. He had a new & different pair created for me that worked far better, and I really appreciated how proactive and committed he was to getting it right. I had run a marathon a few months back and my big toenail stopped growing. By just looking at it, he knew that it was a bone spur. Within weeks I had surgery, and I was back on my feet the next day. The process was smooth and seamless. Dr Joseph and his assistant, Joshua, went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of throughout the entire process. At my follow-up, Dr. Joseph noticed my ankle was wobbly and suggest if we take a closer look. The MRI revealed three torn ligaments, four stretched ligaments, a partially torn Achilles, two bursitises, and inflammation throughout the ankle. I knew my ankle had gone through some wear and tear after years of running cross country and track, but I had no idea it was so bad. Dr Joseph treated everything. I spent one week off my foot, the next in a boot, and was running again within six weeks.
