Toe nails were only cut short, regular cut (straight across) no filing no getting the ingrowns out or any shaping. No color finish. It was literally Just cutting my toenails and scraping calluses. I've gotten medical pedicures at other places that do more than here. Parking was also an issue. The receptionists also had somewhat of an attitude or were dismissive with me, I felt they were more attentive to other clients/patients that were white, but I'm hoping it was just in my head. My insurance rejected the claim. A very small portion ($300 out of the $3k I paid) was allocated to Out of Network. I mentioned that the Blue Cross website shows the provider status as "In Network." They informed me that the doctors/providers update their status on the insurance website. So, not only are they misleading patients in office, but also on major insurance provider websites. I inquired with the doctor's office and they told me there is "nothing they can do." So, they have duped me out of thousands of dollars when I could have just gone to a provider that actually takes my insurance. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.

The receptionist informed me that the doctor was still with other patients. I understand that delays can happen, but I don't understand the purpose of scheduling appointments at a specific time if they are not going to be honored or if patients are not kept informed about significant delays. It is now 6:00 PM, the office has already closed, and I still have not received a call from the doctor. I find this extremely unprofessional. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and I expected at least a courtesy call with an update or an opportunity to reschedule. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if there is no follow-up or follow-through?

The office is gorgeous, offers concierge level care and services all the way! Really, everything foot and ankle that you could ever imagine is right here! I have some complicated Foot and ankle issues and was seeking the best care possible and thank God I believe I found it! Additionally, I recently sprained my foot but I had just had surgery on 4 months prior. I was really scared that I had done something pretty bad to my foot. Dr Ehliani assured me that it was just a bad sprain and possible bone bruise.
