I've been going there for about 3 years now with anything from body damage and brakes for my cars and SUV (Acura, Toyota & Escalade) to oil changes for my F-350 Turbo Diesel. Every time I go I am 100% satisfied with the work and even more pleased with their prices. I cannot recommend them strongly enough for all your auto service and repair needs. So glad I did!! Sam (owner) without an appointment took my car in right away for service. He had Scott his service tech diagnose the problem and after my approval begin the repair. The repair was high quality and at a fair price. I worked in Field Service my whole career so I know a good value when I see it. I had vehicle towed to Accurate Automotive. They said it would be $89.92 to do an engine…read moreanalysis. After doing the engine analysis, Accurate Automotive informed me the timing chain was broke. They informed me it would be 1400.35 to complete the repairs. I gave consent to proceed with fixing the car by replacing the timing chain. After starting the repairs, Accurate Automotive informed me the engine was damaged from the timing chain breakage. They offered to put in a new Jasper engine at a cost of $7200. I declined to have new engine installed in car. I inquired how much it would cost to repair the existing engine. They informed me they did not know without taking the heads apart, at a cost of $200 - $300. I declined further analysis. When I made arrangements to have car towed elsewhere, I was then charged $269.73, and they could not give me an estimate of what it would cost to repair the engine. My authorization of additional labor was based the understanding that they could repair the car by installing new timing chain at a total cost of $1400. Additionally they did not even put the car back together. When I went to discuss the bill, I was told to get the "H" of his property.

I pulled into an O'Reily's (see 5star review for that!) and Jay there recommended me to Carson at Val's, who were open on Sunday. My car made it there Sunday morning. Carson took me in right away and helped diagnose my car for a very reasonable fee, as well as gave me price estimates for the repairs. Due to other work I had recently had done, we decided that the best thing for me was actually to tow back to Indy. Carson gave me some paper work and their assessment results so that I could have some more info for my home garage. This kind of service, especially for an out of state, stressed out, traveller and then they didn't even get the big job -- it's just stellar and SO appreciated.
