I will not be going back to iLash. My lashes looked ok when she finished them and they lasted a long time. Too long actually. After 2 weeks they were curling at odd angles, sticking up, or sticking out to the side. I tried brushing them and smoothing them down but nothing worked. They were uncomfortable and I was wishing they would fall off but now my natural lashes are severely damaged! I have had lashes at other places and this didn't happen. I still have a few attached that I had to cut to match my other lashes because it looks so odd just having one or two long lashes. Some of my lower lashes came out when she pulled the tape off. At the end she was removing glue or something and it was extremely painful. Also, the music is horrible. read more

I think next time I will get 90 just for more fullness.. The place was very clean, cute, and my lash girl Anastasia did a good job! Brought a groupon deal for 70 lashes & I loved it! I rescheduled a later time where they were all booked, but the reception tried her best to still squeeze me through. When I got there she hurried me into picking out what I want but yet still thoroughly was careful with advising me the right length, thickness, and curl that she would think would best suit my eyes. I still went for what I wanted anyways because I wanted it dramatic for vacation and noticeable in pictures (Cat eye style, C-Curl, 10-12 length, while she picked the thickness for me) Then Odi was there waiting to take me. I lay on their comfortable bed and eventually kind of fell asleep during the process. For my 70 lashes it took an hour. It came out pretty and I liked it a lot, but as a perfectionist I still didn't think it was close to perfect yet. The flair at the end of my eyes were just a little uneven, one eye had a tiny gap compared to the other. That's alright though because it wasn't too noticeable, only to someone picky like me would. Pretty much I loved my right eye more... But that was the eye that most of the lashes fell off first. My lashes lasted for a good two weeks, afterwards some of my lashes started to fall out. iLash was great!! I went yesterday to get a set done as I have a lot of events coming up, and these were one of the best ones I've ever gotten! I got the C curl, lengths 11-13 with a #3 thickness (2nd most thick). I forgot the technician's name but she had short blonde hair and was AMAZING. I had the 120 lash set and it usually takes 1.5 hours, but she was super nice and one of the fastest ones there and said she'd do it in an hour and she did! Reviewing as before I went I noticed there are barely any hair reviews!! I purchased a groupon for a single process and cut. Originally there was a mix up with what day my appointment was big I came back the next day no issues and am very happy with the job that was done. My hair had been highlighted many times for years, I have been trying to get it back to its natural brown but it kept getting red tones throughout out, probably partially due to me dying it myself. Maia was very inviting and nice, she explained the whole process (although I had to pay additional $20 because she said a single process was just for roots?!? have never heard that but well worth the price regardless) and it turned out a nice milky chocolate and did a super AMAZING cut, got my ends and added beautiful layers. Overall I'm very happy however I did ask about prices normally and she told me a haircut was $65.... Who knew there was so much to pick out.....curl, length, mascara look. The room to apply the lashes was very clean (a must) and very relaxing. The lady was very gentle and patient with me as I was nervous. Anyway 70 lashes later I was on my way. At first glance it looked very neat and natural but I wasn't to happy with the way it looked on me. Three days has gone by and I am totally in love with them. I will definitely come back for a refill. (Is that's what it's called?). My only change will be to get the non mascara look. I highly recommend this place. read more

Well. They do an extremely sloppy job here. My lashes aren't even put on pointing the right way, they point in all kinds of directions (even after combing). They are also put on in "lumps," not very spread out so even when I comb them through finely they are sectioned and look super fake and like I've been wearing the same makeup for 3 days straight. They look like awful mascara spider legs and I did not even go with the thickest ones. Very disappointed. I bought the groupon but that does not mean that they should do a less professional job. read more

They rest their hands on your forehead while putting on the lashes like their hands are dead weight. Good eyelash technicians barely touch your face. The facilities are not very clean. The receptionist kindly explained my lash options and offered me tea/coffee while I waited for the technician. An hour and a nap later my eyes were ready for the world. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists. I have been here twice and have had a horrible experience both times. I will not be going back. The first time I went I scheduled for a fill after 2 weeks of having my ilashes on which I had done at another place. They told me on the phone it would e 45 dollars. When I got there they looked, whispered to each other in Russian, and told me it did look like it had been 2 weeks and that was the appropriate time frame they then asked how I wanted my lashes to look so I told them maybe a little more dramatic but nothing drastic. When I went to pay they told me it was $75. I was confused so when I asked the receptionist told me because I wanted more dramatic they did 90 lashes instead of 70 and that is why it was more. I was annoyed but my lashes looked good so I let it go. I did feel taken advantage of, but like I said, I let it go. Two weeks later, I return for another fill which I made extremely clear would be 45 dollars, whatever that gets me is what I want no more no less. I had a coupon that I had received for liking them on facebook that clearly says expires March 3rd, 2015. The receptionist rudely told me that it was expired. When I pointed out the expiration she claimed it was typo. I think this place is nothing but a bunch of schemers and they will take advantage of you if you let them. I do not recommend going here. I got my original lashes done at Aveda Asanda and while they may be a bit more pricey, the experience was much warmer and they also do a much better job. iLash - a little customer service would go a long way, you just lost what would have been a regular paying customer! One of the nicest eyelash studios I've ever been to. They are very professional and will discuss prices with you and any possible discounts. My technician was wonderful and they have very fluffy blankets and comfortable beds. The room in which they apply the lashes is warm and quiet. Naturally I took a nap bc of how comfortable it was. It's been three weeks and my lashes have held out longer than other studios. They still look great and I didn't notice any falling out until prob week 2. Typically I've seen a lot fall out by that time when I've had them done at other studios. There aren't any midtown lash bars that aren't sketchy but this iLash is my go to place - clean, professional and beautiful work! Will be going back! read more

I've gotten my lashes done many times at various locations. iLash was definitely one of the top 3 worst experiences. I got to iLash 1 minute late after work, and waited 10 minutes for the person in front of me to finish paying until the reception lady spoke to me (she had seen me arriving and standing there the entire time). When she saw me, she said "you are 11 minutes late, please don't be late next time" - which was very frustrating (but I will take the blame as I was late). The lady that was doing my lashes rushed me into the room right after. When the service was "completed", the lady RIPPED OFF the tapes from underneath my eyes (it really hurt!), when I realized my right eye could not fully open because of the glue. I asked the lady if she can check it and she said "just keep blinking", but the glue was burning my eyes, and I told the lady again, she said "it will dry soon, because you are wearing contacts" - I have no idea what this means?! It was painful to forcefully blink, thankfully after 4-5 forceful blinks, the glue came apart, and no lashes came out... I checked the time when I was getting off the bed, and there was still 10 more minutes until the hour was complete, which means my service was LESS THAN 40 MINUTES. The lady didn't even give me the mirror, and sat on the couch, waiting for me to tip her. I went to the bathroom to check my lashes, and they were not balanced, where my left eye had more lashes than my right eye (the left had a more cat eye effect and the right had no lashes at the edge towards the outside of my face). It has been a little less than a week since I got them done, and at least 30-40% have fallen out. Aside from the lashes falling out, the overall experience and the service were horrible. I got the "stardust" on my eyebrows at this place.This's the new technique of permanent makeup.And say that I'm happy is not enough.This place is amazing!All people around are nice, smiley,friendly and helpful.Manager is adorable!I can tell they are professionals!So,about my eyebrows.I couldn't really complain about them before.The condition was good but to make them perfect I had to put some makeup every time.And it was so annoying to be worried about if my makeup is still there every time after working out,rain or something else.So now my eyebrows every time look like right after styling.And it looks so natural.Also In the mornings,after gym,sauna or swimming pull I have at least 10-15 extra minutes because I don't have to put any makeup.Great thank you Maya!You made my life easier.And the result is perfect!About the work.I'm that type of people who think twice even before to get the regular haircut.From my experience with this place I can tell,they're people who you can trust.The master will not do anything with no your approval of the shape, shade and style.All steps were explained for me perfectly.Work was careful, scrupulous and professional.During the procedure and between corrections I got full control of the process and explanation for all my questions.The main thing is that absolutely no pain!And I saw the same quality of work given from manager and technicians for other people at this place. Came for eyelashes. I had a groupon for 70 lashes. They came out great! The lady was super nice and very gentle. I had to struggle to stay awake it was so relaxing. My only complaint is that the buzzer is for #1 and once your in the door you have no signs or any indication where the place is.
