This place is not the best but not the worst. Location is pretty convenient. The shop is nice and pretty clean and there is lots of staff that are all very nice. Overall I don't think they are the best at placing lashes and the quality is pretty low for how much they charge. Often times I would have several lashes falling out the day of getting my lashes done. I am not new to eyelash extensions and have been getting them for years. They add a $5 tax to every service and don't say anything until you're leaving. I originally came here with a Groupon and they still made me pay an additional fee. read more

Took two hours for my eyelashes. The lashes look thin. I really don't think this is 100 lashes. They are also really crooked. And they charged me for taking a very FEW lashes off when I asked them to leave them on. This does not look like CAT EYE. I don't know what it is. I've been waiting to review this place because I wanted to test the lasting power of these lashes. I'm at 3 weeks out and overall I'm pleased! They've fallen out here and there but that is to be expected. The lash salon is clean and they had soothing music and waterfall sounds. My lash tech was Renee who worked with me to pick out which lashes I want. Application was gentle and I had no issues coming in with the groupon. The city should put grades on the door of these establishments like they do in restaurants. If I knew then what I knew now - gross. This place is filthy. My wife went here and came home with a disease in her eye. We had to rush her to urgent care and when we contacted the establishment to let them know what's going on and that they needed to pay more attention to what they're doing, they offered my wife 10% refund. That's right $10.00 off of a $100.00 service. When we tried to contact them, we we're given the run around. My advice is to keep going to the next place. This place is filthy a chop shop. This was my first time trying Lash Paradise. I made an appointment through Yelp a few days prior and when I arrived for my appointment it was very quick and seamless to sign in. My aesthetician, Yangky, did an amazing job with my lashes and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She explained to me how to take care of my lashes afterwards. She was super patient putting on the lashes for the whole hour and I had a great experience. My lashes look natural and I am impressed by how they look. read more

I would give this location 0 stars if possible. I originally gave this place a shot because I found a good deal for 120 mink lashes on Groupon. Long story short, I currently have LESS than 5 lashes per eye TWO days later... The night of the appointment, I noticed that an abnormal number of lashes were falling out but figured it was temporary. Unfortunately, this continued and by day 2, over 100 lashes per eye are gone. I've gotten lash extensions over 20+ times in the past without having any of these issues. If you brush your lashes at all, they will fall out. If you take a look at the fallen lashes, the technician didn't even stick them to my natural lashes... I contacted them to let them know what was going on and they were NOT accommodating at all. They were completely inflexible and told me I had to come in the same day if I wanted to get the lashes redone. I told them that I don't live in NYC and at first, they were willing to give me some sort of a "discount"... but after speaking with them again she said a discount was not possible. I texted them again to inquire about the discount and she told me, "ok we can give you some discount like $5". Keep in mind that the cost of the service would be $90. $5 is merely a 5% discount...it doesn't even cover the cost of the tip I previously paid. They do not care about providing good service at all.. it should NOT be the customer's fault when the lashes fall out due to the technician's incompetence... I absolutely do not recommend this salon as there are soooo many other reliable lash salons with much more capable technicians and better customer service in K-town. read more

I am going on vacation and wanted more dramatic lashes than I typically get - the kind where I'm ok with people knowing it's definitely extensions. I brought in my false lashes that give me this effect and asked my tech for something similar, and showed her a photo as well. I ended up with a very natural look. They look fine and in line with other times I've gotten natural extensions - but that's not what I asked for. I feel like my consultation was not accurate and I was not happy with the result. I used group on, but the service was terrible. They accidentally put the eyelash remover into my eye, and it was burning a lot. When I told them it was burning, they fanned for 2 seconds and continued. At the end, there was also eyelash on my forehead. Dont recommend AT ALL. read more

When I arrived I requested someone one who would do a good and profesional job. I received the opposite. The lady put too much glue and she had to pull my eye to take it off. I left with terrible work and my eye is red. There are also spaces in my lashes. She put the lashes too close to my eye that I have to remove the lashes when I get home. I went to lash paradise today. I always use to come here and bring my friends. When I get seated where I was going to lay down, My friend sat on the bed where my feet were laying down, and the owner yelled at us that that was not acceptable. Me and my friend were the last reservation and im talking to my friend and she told me don't speak. From the beginning, the owner was rude and it was an uncomfortable vibe. My lash tech didn't even understand when I tried to tell her cat eye shape but I took the benefit out the doubt that she didn't speak English well. She fell asleep for 30 MINUTES .... She took 3 breaks. Twice she fell asleep behind me on a different bed and then fell asleep on top of me the third. When I finally asked her if she can please just finish she told me ok no problem and she stood and went to the bathroom... my friend even thought I was just drying my lashes the whole time. This was an hour after she was taking along time with already and I really had to go I have a flight before so I had to walk out. The owner had no sense of accountability. She even told me that all the girls left at six and that she overbooked and that she's been working till the early am non stop. I was like so why would you let her work under this condition. You should not have anyone working especially that she's using a tweezer on my eyes while falling asleep on my face. I got no apology and the owner just kept making excuses up. read more

Tried them through a deal from Groupon. The service was accommodating the lady was patient going over what look I wanted. I'm very pleased with how the lashes came out and have gotten compliments. They look natural and I like that it didn't take too long to have them placed. I am definitely thinking of getting my lashes done regularly.
