I sat there till 9:30 so they could find the dye, eyelash brushes, glue, etc.... no one or nothing was organized. No calming music, everyone speaking Korean, husband who's part owner was screaming at his wife who is part owner.... meanwhile I'm just laying there with my eyes stuck shut & people are yelling & no one is talking to me to make me feel calm. If you're called Be Lashes have your business together, you should have shelves in the room with all the products on the shelfs be organized before hand, put pics on the walls & a music player playing calm music, talk to your customer telling them what your doing & how long you have to lay there for this to dry etc.... you call yourself a Spa too but there was NO Spa feeling. I felt like I was in a cold prison cell. I couldn't wait to get out of there!
