Marissa's shop is clean, neat and attractive, and the procedure was very relaxing. I had lash extensions done, and waxing and tinting of my eyebrows. Marissa wasn't quite satisfied with the results (though I was, lol), and redid the tinting to get it just right. My current lasher moved too far away so I was seeking a reputable salon for my fills, as any good client I made my appointment two weeks out for their earliest appointment (with a lasher with good reviews). A week later I received a message that my appointment was moved from the morning to the afternoon. This didn't work with my schedule so I went online to rebook my appointment. Now, there are fewer morning appointments available and I'm having to push back my length of time between fills. I found an early appointment, on a different day, with a deferent artist that had good reviews so I booked that. I received the 48 hour confirmation for my appointment, and confirmed right away. Fast forward to MIDNIGHT that same day (the day before my appointment!!) and I get a text saying that my appointment is now with a completely different lasher and a later time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will go to another salon. I don't understand where this is acceptable. I hear horror stories all the time about clients cancelling last minute and trying to dictate their lashers schedules. Never would I think a SALON do this.

Overall, my eyebrow tint lasted approx 3/4 days on vacation I wiped around them. They waxed my brows way too thin so I wouldn't get that service again but I would try the tinting again.

That being said....I do feel like I need to warn others. I went here after procrastinating to get my lashes done for an event and they were one of the only local places that could fit me in. They have the expensive lashes and the $25 lashes. I told them it wasn't about cost or time and just needed some "natural" looking lashes, to jazz up my already full ones. I have gotten the $200, 90 minute, individual application ones and they looked great, fell out naturally over 3-4 weeks. I was convinced by the lady who did my lashes here that I didn't need those and that the bundled cheaper $25 ones looked just as good and would last just as long. NO!! I'm 2 weeks out and the lashes have been digging into my eyes since day 3. They are patchy, looked fake from the get go, and WILL NOT COME OFF although dangling into my eyeballs.....BUT...when they do sporadically decide to come off, on their own, in random clumps, each clump takes about 6 of your real eyelashes with it. 2 weeks later - I have 3 bundles left on my left eye and 1 on my right each dangling from the 2 real eyelashes I have left but don't want to yank out. So please - DO NOT let them convince you these cheap ones are the same and as "natural" as the individuals. I'll be buying eyelash serum in bulk for the next few months. I am honestly scarred.

The following morning I'm getting a call back and set appointment for later that day. Good thing they give a 10 minute wait time because traffic is sometimes terrible. I sign in and quickly taken back. Even better to book with a friend or sister. We are both taken back at nearly the same time and walk out bald about the same time. Just tell them your pain tolerance and take some ibuprofen before. Somehow you'll find yourself coming back every 3-5 weeks.
