Marissa wasn't quite satisfied with the results (though I was, lol), and redid the tinting to get it just right. My current lasher moved too far away so I was seeking a reputable salon for my fills, as any good client I made my appointment two weeks out for their earliest appointment (with a lasher with good reviews). A week later I received a message that my appointment was moved from the morning to the afternoon. This didn't work with my schedule so I went online to rebook my appointment. Now, there are fewer morning appointments available and I'm having to push back my length of time between fills. I found an early appointment, on a different day, with a deferent artist that had good reviews so I booked that. I received the 48 hour confirmation for my appointment, and confirmed right away. Fast forward to MIDNIGHT that same day (the day before my appointment!!) and I get a text saying that my appointment is now with a completely different lasher and a later time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will go to another salon. I don't understand where this is acceptable. I hear horror stories all the time about clients cancelling last minute and trying to dictate their lashers schedules. Never would I think a SALON do this.

I guess I put a lot less mascara on then most people. It's at the owners house so parking is a little like musical cars. I had my lashes beautified by the owner herself Tiffany and she did an AMAZING job! I had them done at her home studio which she has so well prepared for her clients. She asked me what kind of lashes I wanted and after a quick explanation the lashing began. The whole process took just a little over an hour. It was very relaxing, I actually dozed off lol! When she was done she asked me to look in the mirror and I was so excited by what I saw. Beautiful, long, dramatic lashes just like I wanted! I've only had them on for a day and I am in love with them! They aren't too over the top nor do they look fake, they honestly look like I was just born with amazing lashes! I can't compare her services to any other being that this was my first time, but after such a great experience and getting exactly what I asked for I really don't see the need in looking any further. I know everyone reacts differently to cosmetic procedures so this review is more about the product…read morethan the service, but I do feel like they should better educate themselves on the difference between their products and what their customer should expect. That being said....I do feel like I need to warn others. I went here after procrastinating to get my lashes done for an event and they were one of the only local places that could fit me in. They have the expensive lashes and the $25 lashes. I told them it wasn't about cost or time and just needed some "natural" looking lashes, to jazz up my already full ones. I have gotten the $200, 90 minute, individual application ones and they looked great, fell out naturally over 3-4 weeks. I was convinced by the lady who did my lashes here that I didn't need those and that the bundled cheaper $25 ones looked just as good and would last just as long. NO!! I'm 2 weeks out and the lashes have been digging into my eyes since day 3. They are patchy, looked fake from the get go, and WILL NOT COME OFF although dangling into my eyeballs.....BUT...when they do sporadically decide to come off, on their own, in random clumps, each clump takes about 6 of your real eyelashes with it. 2 weeks later - I have 3 bundles left on my left eye and 1 on my right each dangling from the 2 real eyelashes I have left but don't want to yank out. So please - DO NOT let them convince you these cheap ones are the same and as "natural" as the individuals. I'll be buying eyelash serum in bulk for the next few months. I am honestly scarred.
