Ignore the reviews that say anything negative. My guess is they are probably the same Karens that get upset at Starbucks for their coffee being too hot. Kelly is the best! I have gone to her for skin treatments and lashes. She is amazing at both. She listens to what you want and won't be happy until you are. I also appreciate that she values her clients time - so she is never late. That means you need to be on time because she respects the clients that come after you. I LOVE HER FOR THAT. Any negative reviews are cap. The location is great, the shop is small in the best way, it's quiet and the table is comfortable. I've been getting my lashes down for ~5 years now and my biggest pet peeve is getting neck pain while laying down. I don't know how their set up is done but this was the most comfortable lash appointment I've ever had. First of all: how does someone have an overall "five star rating" when there are several one star ratings below? Seems like the averages are a little off here. I'll keep this brief as possible. I have been getting lashes for years(not at this place), and could not get down to see my regular girl in the OC due to a pile up on the freeway. Got Kelly's name from a very reputable source. The lashes she did were just not right. I am used to full, volume lashes. These were too long, thin, wirey, twisted and tangly. I contacted her within days and she agreed to try to fix them. While I was at my original appointment, she told me about a permanent makeup artist in her space and I made an appointment to get permanent lip makeup. I then got sick with bronchitis. I got medical care right away and treated. Although I was feeling better at the end of the week, I expressed concern about having a fairly invasive procedure(lip makeup tattoo), so soon after being ill. Now Kelly refuses to fix my lashes because I am "contagious." I have been a physician (MD) for almost 20 years and I can tell you that I am feeling much better and NOT contagious, just concerned about my own health(and yours, ladies). For reasons below. Permanent makeup should be done when someone is 100 percent in terms of their resistance, and can have the immune system and time to adequately heal. It is a fairly abrasive procedure which naturally launches an immune response (swelling, redness, possible infection). Lash extensions can be done anytime, as long as someone is not actively infected and surely if the client has been getting them for nearly a decade. This woman is clearly trying to oversell services in her salon, with no regard for a client's health concerns. Maybe she doesn't even believe I'm an actual doctor. In any case, please take my advice and stay away. You do not want to trust a place like this, where sales and money trump your own health and well bein I hope to encourage more of you to call out people like this, who have no regard for anything but your money. PS... Instead of my money back, I got the "good PR" response below. Now I have to spend another 150 dollars tomorrow, with another lash artist, trying to look like I don't have a dead spiders on my eyes. Thanks, Kelly!!!! read more

I have been going to Kelly Lash for a couple years now and let me tell you.... SHE IS THE BEST!!! I have her do my lash tint and lift and I even got my lips tinted with "lip blush" recently! What a game changer. My lips get so pale and white for some reason, and I wanted NATURAL pink color restored, and they did such a fantastic job for such a reasonable price. Looked ok at first, but I noticed the lashes didn't go into my corner. When I asked, she said my lashes weren't long enough to support but I've had extensions done many times by many people and never had that issue. Also my lashes didn't even last a week before I had major fallout, just extensions not natural lash shedding. As an experienced extensions customer, I know how to take care of my lashes to make them last. When I told her this, she still blamed me and said I had to be doing something wrong. I used to wear full eye makeup with extensions and still never had this bad of fall out. I don't know but I suspect it is because she didn't clean my lashes before applying, as I am used to. I have been with a number of lash artists in the LA area, and none compare to Kelly! My friends are constantly asking me where I get my lashes done and I am happy to give them the recommendation. Kelly does great work -- I do her classic lashes and they are perfectly natural. Most people think they're my real lashes. She has a great 2-week classic fill option that's very economical. It takes about 30 minutes, and being able to run in for a quick appointment is super convenient. In the past I would always just sleep through my lash appointments, but Kelly is so fun and personable that we just end up chatting the whole time. I have never posted a review on yelp before but strongly feel the need to warn others of the horrible service I received from Kelly. I have been getting lash extensions for over 8 years now but had stopped due to Covid. My technician's salon was still closed and my son was getting married so I asked a friend for a recommendation. Her fee was more than double the price of new extensions at my salon, but I was happy to pay extra due to Covid and the difficulties for small business owners right now along with the assurance that Kelly was very Covid safe. I arrived and she was agreeable but cool. She wore a mask, but would not keep the door open and did not wear a shield as I had been told. I told Kelly about my son's wedding and she began the service. I tried making polite conversation but she was very curt do I stopped. Midway through my son called and we spoke for a few minutes. When I hung up the phone, Kelly very harshly told me she would discontinue my lashes if I took any more calls. I had no idea it was a problem as I've spoken on the phone many times while having them applied but said of course I'll stop. She said nothing to me for the next hour. I paid $250.00 plus $50.00 tip and left. 5 days later some of my lashes had already fallen out which never happens to me so I texted Kelly to see if I could come in for a few minutes just to fix them for the wedding. Though the error was entirely hers, she said I needed to come in for a half fill so she could charge me again. I texted that I didn't have time for that due to the wedding and didn't need half a set. After 2 weeks, all lashes gone! She never even had the courtesy to text me back. read more
