Not long ago someone from Shelle Optical called and was loud on the phone asking me why i did the post and why i didnt call them ,Truth is after i was there several times and they didnt listen then why would they now. Spending 1300.00 dollars and no good results is not good business and so this person i told her she could have the glasses and i want a refund since we do have laws that you cant do this to people . I went there so i could see letters and numbers not the TV . Around June 2022, I went in for mild tooth pain and Dr. Dabbour took x-rays. After he performed the exam, he explained that a root canal was my "only option" and the procedure would cost over $2500. Fortunately, I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and it turned out to only be a very small cavity that was easily filled. I called the office and complained about the unnecessary root canal recommendation, but the doctor never bothered to call me back. Incompetence or a scam? BEWARE of expensive procedures at this office. If they say "root canal", get a second opinion.

I myself was in the same industry for 25 years so I know a good doctor when I meet one. Parking lot was clean with ample parking, the building looked nice aesthetically, you walked in and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I was taken in to the initial pretesting the technician was very friendly and very precise. She made me feel comfortable in what she was doing and how she was handling the tests. I used to administer these tests myself when I was in the optical field so I do know when it's done properly or not. About 5 minutes later I was taking into the office to meet with the doctor, the doctor's assistant that initially took care of me and checked my vision very thorough, very friendly, very knowledgeable. When the doctor came in she had a big smile on her face, she made me feel comfortable and that was a great relief considering I was going there for a very serious eye condition. She was thorough, very precise, kept me informed on everything that she was doing, put my fears to rest, and I felt very comfortable with her diagnosis. When I went to the desk to check out both Debbie and Erin C were super friendly and made it very easy to make the two follow-up appointments that I needed to make. I highly, highly, highly recommend this practice. Whether you need just general optometric care as in a general eye exam, or if you need specialized Care from one of the ophthalmologist as a previous professional in the field I say that you cannot go wrong seeing the doctors in this practice. I had a crown placed there a year ago. The first one was made by an outside company. I two teeth…read morethey said had small cracks, I was concerned about waiting until 2025 to have them capped. Because I always believe that early intervention, and being proactive is better to prevent a bigger issue and complications. So I told them I did not want to wait and I would pay out of pocket and not to charge insurance. We'll had the appointment the agreed to do both top teeth at the same visit. They scheduled the appointment and told me they would make the crown there so I would not have to wait. So I went in for a long day. The right upper was fine. The left upper, they just kept filing and filing and just could not seam to get it right. When it was in I was numb so After I had the numbness wear off. The tooth did not feel right. I had informed t b I'm on several occasions it was too big for me and was uncomfortable. They kept trying to adjust it by filing it down. I asked them to replace it. They keep ignoring my request and tell me that the tooth was always sticking out. I KNOW HOW MY TEETH ARE that was a lie. To this day they refuse to fix the problem. Also they charged me insurance after paying for the complete bill when the appointment was set up. They owe me $300.00 and have yet to pay me. They are not patient centered. My husband also had a temporary crown placed and the minute he walked in from that appointment it fell out. The same Dr Cathy that Put in my crown crooked because it was too big for the space. ​
