Save yourself the time and money and do not come here!…read more - The office will not do anything electronic (i.e. will not accept an electronic copy of my eye med insurance, will not give me an electronic copy of my prescription) - My eye exam was 100% covered but I still got charged $40 for a contact exam? and another $30 for some dilation exam which did not do anything. - The doctor only "fitted" me for 1 contact brand/style. Therefore, if i need to switch to another cheaper option, they said I need to come in for another contact exam. - I have gotten a pair of prescription glasses here and they do not fit well at all so I just use my old glasses. - They charge way more for their contacts than lenscrafter/target/etc and when I asked for a copy of my prescription, they said they will only write one for the 1 contact brand/style that i was "fitted" for Overall, the doctors did not care for the patient and just tries to add in a bunch of services for extra cost. The admins here are not friendly and any eye exams you get done here is very hard to transfer to another place to fill the prescription and if you order through this office, the prices is much higher than the market value.

After the exam the service by the Pearle Vision staff was horrible. My wife and I both needed new eyewear. No help in selecting frames, no help in explaining different lens choices, no explanation of how the cost was determined. The 40% off glasses was not available if you have insurance. No offering of extended damage coverage. Staff gave impression that we were bothering them. Two eye exams, one pair of glasses frames and lens, one pair of lens no new frames, had the new lens put in old frames, $949.44. Without a doubt we will never return nor recommend Pearle Vision to anyone. The review should be separated between doctor and Pearle Vision, Doctor would get a Five Star review and Pearle Vision a minus 5.
