It will allow us to update our home and any improvements we make throughout the years. I would suggest a better secretary whom answers the phone. Not informative at all. I felt like she did not answer certain questions (perhaps she did not know, or was pre-occupied). However first impressions are everything and I truly almost went somewhere else, because of her. AHIS sent out a man by the name of Mike Conley to conduct an inspection at our house. Due to…read moreseveral experience of people abusing their boundaries. My spouse decided to be present at the inspection. From the very start Mike Conley broke a 2year old spigot and a huge amount of water came out and he tried to blame it on The Who ever originally put it on. Worked for two years and a week ago. Had an attitude when we stated he will be supervised throughout his inspection. He even suggested joist hangers, when a Beam would be recommended. Then after the inspection, Mike apologize and admits that there was no noticeable rust on the Spigot and did not know what happened. He showed up 40 min early on purpose. They do this to try to mess with things out of their allowed boundaries but lucky we were here. I told my Spouse to give him space while he conduct his inspection but after he broke things. We watched him during the entire inspection. I highly do not recommend, something fishy going on with this company. I have been in Management for over 16 years with affordable housing and have conducted HUD inspection for over 10 years. Keep your eyes open.
