There was hair on the floor that clients had to step over to reach styling stations, and some of the interactions among staff felt unprofessional. As a customer, I don't particularly want to hear inside jokes or staff conversations while I'm trying to relax. When I'm spending this amount of money on a haircut, I'm looking for an upscale, clean, and relaxing environment. I told him that I wanted long hair but it just doesn't seem to grow. I had always been told by other stylist that your hair only gets so long. You have to cut it to keep it healthy. Rodney said you can have your hair as long as you want. He styled my hair without cutting too much off and used excellent quality products.
