I intalled a four ton unit at my property and they screwed up so badly that it took me a over a year and several reworks to pass inspection. My water heater is already rusting and they seem disinterested in providing any solution. They claim that the 12 month warranty is passed, so they want me to pay to fix it. This took four months of me complaining to get any sort of response. I honestly think they stalled in responding, just so teh warranty period would pass. They are forcing me to replace it myself or sue them to get them to honor the contract. During the sales and install, I asked repeatedly about maintenance and service and the only answer I got - from clerical staff, field technicians, and teh owner himself - was taht the system is almost zero maintenance. Two weeks after the check cleared they started bombarding me with sales pitches to buy their service package. Suddenly, the system needed six month PMs, annual inspections for leaks, etc. Every call or question is like pulling teeth once they have their money. A rotten organization. But what is really frustrating is that they say every time before a storm hits, we are prepared. Guess what? They aren't. Ever since Superstorm Sandy, utility companies were supposed to upgrade to prevent outages, they obviously didn't. Last year lost power for 3 days and there wasn't even a storm. We're going on 3 days without power now and it keeps changing when we will have it restored, anywhere from a few days to a week. Unacceptable! I get there are a lot of outages, but anytime someone sees a truck, they are just hanging out in a parking lot. Wish I didn't have to have them as my provider. Useless

Duquesne Light called me to ask if I was happy. And every single customer service experience I've had since has been the most compassionate and stellar anywhere. And I'm a retired Customer Service Rep. I was so impressed I sent a snail mail paper thank you note to them.

Liberty Playground in Elmwood Park is so nice for children! All was cleaned and there was only two…read moremissing items to utilize the park fully. People were socially distanced at the park. The bathrooms were available near by however we didn't use them. There is a bicycle park as well for children called safety town. There were various slides; zip line, rock climbing and swings!

The city of Independence, Ohio has a lot going for it but their Elmwood park simply outshines parks…read moreof neighboring areas. The crown jewel being their Liberty Playground which is great for toddlers to preteens. It has a generous section for a mini-town, complete with is fire station, traffic light, pedestrian crossing etc. Of note, clean restrooms by the kids area enhances the experience. The soccer field is gorgeous....and well maintained. Tennis courts are fantastic....and well maintained. Excellent baseball fields, multiple....are well maintained. Swimming pool for kids and adults....look great although I haven't benefited from it. The walking areas connecting all the above to independence branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library are paved with lush green grass and colorful floral arrangements with a lot of attention owing laid to landscaping. The Elmwood pond within the grounds of the park is a serene place to sit by. I've had the pleasure of visiting there many times with family, a generation up and also a generation down. We all love sitting there, chatting, snacking,in a peaceful environment in awe of the ducks, geese and if we're lucky, seeing the blue herons that come by there.

I heard a noise in my basement. The night before I thought I smelled gas. I went to the basement…read moreand the hot water tank was leaking all over the floor. I'm old and I was afraid. My landlord wouldn't answer. I called NFG. Within 15 minutes the guy was here. To make a long story short, this man shut down my water heater, checked every gas line in the house. They turn off gas for more than one tenant for what one tenant does. When the tenant that has a…read morebaby and pays before the gas service person comes out, they have no way to verify that the bill was payed online or not even though every time I pay I have a confirmation number. I see as the landlord that it has successfully been paid online. Yet the dominion system "does not have a way to confirm if a payment has been made". Which is strange in that in other circumstances they have known right away. With service that show up at houses I have gotten great service. The system they have set up for the people you call is horrid and I don't blame them. That is generally a management decision. They should have some way to rectify when they have hurt paying customers and are causing more inconvenience for the paying as they have to be disturbed again for the gas to be turned back on. Also, they put you at the bottom of the list and no guess time when they are coming which could be as late as midnight. Which they think they are punishing the late payment people but they are punishing their other paying customers.
