I could not recommend this place enough!!! Billy and his team are: trustworthy, honest, experienced, efficient, and kind. I had a little accident and the side/ front of my bumper where it clicked out of place. After searching for many hours- I found this shop & the reviews were amazing. I called & asked for availability/ rough price range for my incident. I was immediately accommodated and came in. Billy was BEYOND amazing, informative & nice. He walked me through what fixing it would look like & gave me a rough time frame. He informed me at the beginning what the repair would look like & I was made aware there was a chance some of the clips would be broken. As he was repairing he made the extra effort to come up and inform me that indeed the clips were broken and that he will need to repair. I appreciated this SO MUCH, because there have been times where you go somewhere and are not informed till the end of any additional things that needed to be done (including additional costs). I thought the pricing was very reasonable & the range he gave me at the beginning was spot on, so there were no surprises. Even the time frame he gave me was very exact. Of course, the uncovering of damaged clips added in a little extra, but again I was made aware of that prior & it did not change too much the initial quote/ price range I was given. If you need honest good work, Billy is man and Auto Pro is a solution for sure. I have 2002 E150 Ford van, equipped for handicap transportation. Like all Fords the roof rust is a main issue, the car runs awesome but I was getting more rain inside than out. The investment for a new van seemed pointless when this one is good, just the body work. So I wanted to repair and keep it under $2K, the roof, door handle, window .....you know little stuff that happens with age. Well Billy did an awesome job, improved the engineering of the roof channel so water runs off instead of pooling, painted the hood (SoFlo Sun is a killer) and fixed the door handle and window that was popping out. I know rust isn't guaranteed by anyone, but if I get another 5 years it was well worth the $1800. read more

I brought my car in for repair last year as I needed to basically replace my front bumper and fender after an incident I had the night before. I usually take my car in to the dealer but knew they would charge a lot so wanted to look for an auto shop. Saw the great reviews about Billy and decided to bring my car here. The reviews are right! Billy was extremely friendly and nice. After he took a look at my car, we went to his office so he could see if he could order the parts. He's very honest and reasonable with pricing, definitely not trying to scam anyone. He even started telling me about his family and his great kids. Very down to earth and likeable guy. Bill the owner here is really a down to earth guy who is really honest with his work and his integrity is just as great. I brought the car in for some damage to the rest bumper, and as they say 3rd times the charm. I got my car estimated by two other places close to proximity of his shop. First shop estimated $800 fix, while the second shop estimated a $300 fix. Went to Bill's place to get the 3rd and final estimate. He was the only person out of the 3 shops to touch and feel the car and he noticed the rear well had a minor bend to it. The other places looked at the car, not even touching it and gave an estimate. He gave a price of $265 to fix the bumper. At first I was real hesitant because of the cheap price to fix (got worried that I was gonna get what I paid for). But decided that he was indeed to give an estimate and touch the car to feel the damages. He literally works with his hands!!! Dropped the car off on Tuesday morning around 11am, and Bill told me that the car would be done by the end of the next day. He even tells you what he will have to do to fix the problem and was very accurate with the completion of the job. To my surprise, this man worked wonders on the car and it looked like the car was never damaged in the first place. Please do not mind that his shop only has 4 reviews including mine, he's been at his shop for 30 years and is not much of a social media type of guy. But it doesn't mean that he won't perform wonders for your car. And coming from a non Spanish speaking person like myself, it was a nice surprise that he speaks English in comparance to the rest of Miami. He treats you like a person and NOT a dollar sign.
