My SUV looked even BETTER IRL than in the photos. A year ago I paid the same price for what I thought was the same service with someone else but the results were nowhere near as perfect as Justin's. It's been two years and I've never heard anything back from anybody regarding them breaking my car. They over sprayed a cleaner on my center console And it dripped into the electrical and caused water damage and broke my gear shifter. i had to replace the whole electronic shifter module costing me $1200 out of pocket. When i brung it up to the owner he said it's not my problem and got an attitude walking away waving his hands. Not sure if he's still there it was the chubby white guy with longish blonde hair. Wouldn't even help with my Tow when the car got stuck in his facility and wouldn't shift out of park. I've heard countless stories, even on yelp, of them breaking people's cars. Looks like a decent place is what i thought but it will cost you, believe me, RUN!!

I got ran around for a couple of weeks and when I finally got them on the phone, they said my claim was denied because they don't use liquid to clean the dash. They refused to take any responsibility for what they did and pretended like it was like that when I got there. Don't bring your car here! You're better off washing it yourself.

I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood. Instead of listening, she continuously interrupted, talking over me at every opportunity. It was as if she was more concerned with hearing themselves speak than actually addressing the issue at hand. When I did manage to get a word in, it was either dismissed or met with condescension. The lack of basic communication skills and respect made this interaction not only unpleasant but completely unproductive.
