This car wash is well known for breaking peoples cars. I'm not sure what the hell is going on over there. It's been two years and I've never heard anything back from anybody regarding them breaking my car. They over sprayed a cleaner on my center console And it dripped into the electrical and caused water damage and broke my gear shifter. i had to replace the whole electronic shifter module costing me $1200 out of pocket. When i brung it up to the owner he said it's not my problem and got an attitude walking away waving his hands. Not sure if he's still there it was the chubby white guy with longish blonde hair. Wouldn't even help with my Tow when the car got stuck in his facility and wouldn't shift out of park. I've heard countless stories, even on yelp, of them breaking people's cars. I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago and they damaged my monitor with cleaner. I was told the manager would call me back the next day to review my claim. He never did. I got ran around for a couple of weeks and when I finally got them on the phone, they said my claim was denied because they don't use liquid to clean the dash. They refused to take any responsibility for what they did and pretended like it was like that when I got there. Don't bring your car here! You're better off washing it yourself. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years with not a problem. However, I came today and my Apple iPhone charger was stolen from my vehicle (front seat). When this was addressed, the gentlemen who cleaned the exterior brought over the girl who cleaned the interior. She was immediately defensive and said "what do you want to do, check the cameras?" I had a broken charger and a charger for an old iPhone in the back that she tried to say was the missing one, which was not. I had one in the front that I use for CarPlay every single day and had used on the way here. Very rude, very instigative employee. One gentleman was kind enough to take my information for an investigation. This is pending investigation, but my trust has been broken and after 5 years of going there (in fact, I've never been to another car wash with this car) I will not be back. read more

Every time I use them my car comes out spotless. When a stain that wouldn't come out of my passenger seat was handled by them, they went over it multiple times till it was completely gone. They even let me bring it back at no charge a second day since one try wouldn't remove it. I'm grateful to have a car wash nearby there reliable and does the inside as well. read more

I immediately called while getting onto the freeway traffic to notify them of their mistake. 24 hours had gone by before I called back asking for my passenger floor mat. I went today in the morning, no-one was there, I even made a comment about it to the nice lady at the reception area, and my car was not clean good on the inside. My mom told one of the guys there that it was still wet on the passenger side and he cleaned it quickly but then on the way home, we noticed dust still on the dashboard and the window on the back seats not clean. If I could give 0 stars I would. Today my sister and I took her car to champions gate car wash and she paid for the $18 dollar car wash. We were very unhappy with this business and will never return. Not only did they leave her car with smudge marks all over it (as if it wasn't washed) they also didn't completely dry the car. With the $18 dollar car wash they guarantee bug removal it says in big print on their sign however they barely washed my sisters car. You are better off washing it yourself for better results. My sister wanted to give the owner a chance to make things right and he proceeded to blame it on her car and said that if she wanted a better wash/bug removal she needed to pay $119. How is this okay after advertising guaranteed bug removal at $18? He also proceeded to raise his voice at her and threaten her that if she ever returned to his business he would call the cops. We've never experienced such poor service. This was handled very unprofessionally and I highly suggest you don't come here! The quality of service and customer interaction is awful. read more

So I have been to this car wash a handful of times and every time I come here they go above and beyond to return my vehicle to me looking brand new. My most recent visit was a little less than exceptional with appearing to have rushed my car through, but to be fair they were incredibly busy and possibly overwhelmed with customers at the time. However, once I brought my dissatisfaction to the staff the very courteously and politely took the car back and did a much better job. I'm sure there are a bunch of car wash places that can detail a car but when you fond one with good customer service that becomes a reason to come back. When my car was finished I never heard anyone announce anything, The whole while I was there I heard them call out only once for a Kia so I waited longer then I should have. Car had quite a few water spots and windows were not cleaned very well. I got the Ultimate but still had quite a bit of bug residue. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I willingly payed for the highest priced service ($30) as I knew my car was quite dirty after a long stretch of traveling. As you can see by the photos (which were taken immediately after), I definitely didn't get my money's worth. There was still mud all over my front bumper, in the wheelhouse, and along the fenders. Really I think the mud just got smeared around rather than washed away. Also, very disappointed to see that the interior was not taken care of as suggested on the service description. My mats certainly were not washed or cleaned at all. I will not be returning. read more

So let me start by saying this place started out by being the best Car Wash in the Polk County area. I always thought it was worth it to spend $30 on the Car Wash versus buying the stuff and spending a few hours doing it myself but lately after my last few washes it as if I just went through a gas station exterior wash. I'm writing this leaving the car wash with my mother right now where we both got our car washed and let me tell you I still have trash in my cupholders, my mother's trash in her car wasn't emptied, it looks like as if it was just wiped very fast. I should've learned my lesson last time but I'm pretty sure I'm going to invest in some good quality soap and a brush and just do this myself. read more

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but after being disappointed numerous times, I feel this is appropriate. I've gotten my car done here four times. Mind you, I live 45 minutes away. First time it was immaculate and I was impressed. I always get the inside, outside, and my seats shampooed. The seats always come out perfect, though my car is never truly "dirty" to begin with. Second time I got my car done, my rear view mirror had what I'm assuming was glass cleaner sprayed on it, but it was never wiped. My side mirrors looked untouched, my windshield was streaky, and the front of my car still had a ton of bugs on it. I figured it was an off day for them, so I let it slide. The third time, the front also was full of bugs still (I get they're a pain to remove, but that's what I'm paying for), dust still all over my interior, and, get this, my back doors still had my dogs wet nose smeared all over the windows. They were clearly not done. This being the second time, I called and spoke to someone. She apologized and wrote my name down in whatever book/binder they have, and explained the next time would be free. Fast forward to today. I did NOT tell the girl about my name being in their book, because I don't like getting any service for free. I bit that bullet, but I wish I hadn't. Today there once again are splatters on my rear view mirror, cloudy streaks all over every inside door handle (they're chrome), sticky stuff and dirt on my E-brake, dirt and cloudiness on my rear window, dust and dog hair still all over my dash, and cloudy streaks on the vinyl of my doors. To say I'm angry is an understatement. I can do a better job at home using a microfiber cloth for goodness sake. This is of no fault to management, because they are not the ones washing the cars. But, why does this keep happening? Your boys are "partially" washing the vehicles, apparently rushing or careless, and evidently using dirty rags over and over again. They started my car at 9am this morning, I did not receive my car until 10:30am. An hour and a half only for my car to look half-done? I won't be back again. 1/4 washes done correctly? I thought they did a wonderful cleaning service on my parents handicap van but I was wrong. I left and gave the clean van to my parents who went to spend New Years in Georgia. We opened van to put his scooter in van and saw the entire floor full of dirt. I called the car wash to advise them what I saw. They said the manager will call me back. He or she never called. These guys always come through for me. The detailing service takes some time, so grab an Uber to somewhere or be prepared to wait it out in the waiting area. The waiting area is very clean and cozy. There is free WiFi and a TV. I like to sit and watch the cars go through the washer. They have a 48 hour rain guarantee, which is nice for Central Florida's crazy weather schedule. I came here a little over a week ago to get my car detailed. There are a myriad of people at gas stations along Hwy 27 that will detail my car, but I am pregnant and I don't want to sit out in the hot sun for an hour waiting for my car, so I decided to check this place out. They have a nice air conditioned waiting room that I could wait in and I could even walk next door and get a snack. When I arrived I was shocked at the price of a full detail, nearly $200! I can get a full detail for less than 1/2 that at the next exit. But, I was there so I decided to do the Express wax for $50. Overall, I thought they did a pretty nice job and was mostly pleased. It took about 50 minutes for my express wax, but I got to to sit inside. They had nice restrooms. It was fine. So, I made a plan to take my husbands car yesterday. I arrived just before 4pm and told them I wanted the express wax. I was told they couldn't do it. I asked why not and was told that one detailer called in and the other left early. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed because my husband and I had made a plan to switch cars for the day exclusively for this purpose. So, I settled for the premium wash, even though it wasn't what I wanted. It was better than nothing. I went inside and paid. It was very crowded. There was only 1 seat left on the benches. I was a bit frustrated because there another customer inside with his dog and although I appreciate that the dog was on a leash I would have much preferred that the dog be outside as I am quite allergic and it would seem that if you brought your dog to a car wash (why?) you would be courteous enough to sit outside with him. *It was clearly not a service dog. There is plenty of seating outside, both shaded and unshaded. My next bit of frustration came from the fact that my premium wash took over an hour! No one tried to apologize for the delay, or make any excuse. When I went to ask after 40 minutes I was told they were working on it. When my husbands car was done, they didn't ask me if I wanted air freshener which I understood to come with the premium wash and they had not really done that great of a job. I came home and my dad and I went behind the wash I just paid $30 for and wiped streaks and smears off the windows and cleaned up the rear bumper which still had a significant amount of dirt on it. Overall, after two visits I find their service to be inconsistent, slow, and overpriced. read more

Terrible Job! I took my car there to get it cleaned and it was dirtier when I got it back! For $30 I got dirty windows, dash displays and dashboard covered in some kind of substance, water on the back leather seats. when I got it back from the kids at the end, the radio was blaring, drivers seat moved all the way up and seat belt buckled, rifled through EVERYTHING in my car. Kids at the end could have cared less and so could the manager, if he even was a manager! Have not been back to this wash for 18 months, now remember why I stopped going there! I would NOT recommend! I live 1/4 mile from them and will go to Sweetwater or Joes (which are 20 miles away) next time. Very obvious they are letting things slide. I have been here about 4 times, and have been happy about 2/4 of those times. The first time was due to the outside not being real clean afterwards. The second experience resulting in dissatisfaction was due to them losing something that was valuable to me from my inside my car. I had a small glass turtle that my husband surprised me with from our vacation to Chicago. The turtle was in a small plastic case. When I got back into my vehicle after it being cleaned, the top part to the case was in a different place than the (empty) bottom. I'm guessing they vacuumed the case itself and then was able to save the top, and then that's why they placed it in a different spot after taking it out of the vacuum. In addition to that, the outside of my car wasn't squeaky clean. They left bugs and marks on the exterior of the car. If I'm going to pay money for something that I can do myself I would like to know I'm not only paying for convenience, but AT LEAST the same level of competence that I am capable of doing. Maybe I'm just one of those people really particular about having an impeccably clean car and that's why I won't be going back. As for Championsgate Car Wash employees and management, I know mistakes happen. Nevertheless, I urge you to exercise extreme attention to detail when you're in people's cars. Getting your car washed is kinda like making the bed - you have to do it over and over again. Husband just had to get the bugs off our van so we had the Ultimate outside wash ($18 for our van). I've had my car washed here at least 5 times. It's been a few months since the last time that I visited, so my friend and I both brought our cars over during our lunch break today. I've never had a bad experience at this car wash until today. It was packed so maybe that's why the wash was sub par? The first thing I noticed when I opened my car was that after the mats were vacuumed, someone stepped on it with their sandy shoe. Then, as I drove off, I started to notice the dash in the light and it was pretty clear that they basically just used a dry rag to "wipe down" the surface. I could still see visible dirt marks so it definitely was not cleaned adequately. It appears that someone used the same dirty rag to finish drying the outside of my car, so there were dirty smudges on the outside as well. I wasn't going to write a review until I got back to work and my friend also said her car was not cleaned to her expectations either. Between the 2 of us, we dropped $50.00 on the washes so I'm pretty disappointed that we were both not fully satisfied. I'm not typically the type to say "I'll never return" but unfortunately with the increase of popularity at this location, it appears that the quality is decreasing. read more

I have used this car wash a few times and have never received quality service. Each time I have had my vehicle serviced there has been a problem. Usually, the problem is with the lack of cleaning which they have corrected. However, I had to speak with a manager to get this resolved. Once one of my car mats turned up missing, another time the center console rubber piece was missing, and my last visit my apple charger (which I stored in my closed center console on purpose). I didn't even bother speaking with the manager about my charger because I knew they wouldn't do anything about it. For my mat and center console, I was told they would look for my items and would call me once they found them. I never received a call and when I followed up they made excuses. I never received these items back. I understand things happen and I always give a business a few tries in hopes they improve. I have visited this location more than three times, but with the consistently poor service, I won't be returning. read more
