The quality of the work seems acceptable but just be aware that I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the female tech that performs their service. . From the beginning, their attitude was rude and unprofessional. Then a while after having the ceramic coating done I had an issue and so I contacted the service tech about it and any attempt to have a productive conversation was met with defensiveness, making it clear they had no interest in constructive dialogue. Instead of listening, she continuously interrupted, talking over me at every opportunity. It was as if she was more concerned with hearing themselves speak than actually addressing the issue at hand. When I did manage to get a word in, it was either dismissed or met with condescension. The lack of basic communication skills and respect made this interaction not only unpleasant but completely unproductive. If you value professionalism, courtesy, and an actual conversation where both parties are heard, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

I sent a message to Ash around ten am on a Sunday. She got back to me almost immediately and said she could be to me in a few hours. Got stuck in traffic on the way, but communicated the whole time. Ash got here, was very open about where my car was parked (live in a townhouse with an HOA) and got to business. She is quick, she is thorough and does very very well. 10 year old vehicle that has seen extensive road-race/track work resulting in numerous front end blemishes, nicks and tire debris marks. Haley was punctual, polite and very professional. We discussed options and she thoroughly explained wheel treatments and car finish sealers since I've never previously used a detailing service. As a courtesy, Haley did a 2nd set of wheel/tires instead of the vehicles interior/truck. Excellent results especially the elimination of the stubborn brake dust accumulation on our track tires. So happy with Ashley's hard work and detailing of my car, it was spotless when she was done with it. She put in the extra time and attention to make it right, to clean up a little scrape on the side of my car, and did a ceramic coating that looks awesome! She was also so polite and caring with my family while she was over. It was sprinkling when she was wrapping up, so she offered to come and wipe down the car a couple days later when the clouds had cleared. Above and beyond! Ashley won me over with great customer service and, of course, her excellent work cleaning out my filthy and neglected truck. She was able to squeeze me in on short notice the next day despite having a packed schedule with the holidays coming up. My truck was packed with sand and all kinds of buried treasures - thanks to my toddlers - and after a few solid hours she made my truck look brand new; actually even better than when I bought it! It looks so new and clean that I don't even want to drive it and ruin her awesome work! It was nice doing business with them having paint correction and ceramic coatings done for my Honda Civic, as it's an outside car and needs protection from the sun. They were very efficient and exceeded my expectations. They also charge reasonable prices and were able to fit me in their schedule same day. I will definitely recommend them! read more

I never got to use this service because that number provided does not work. As a customer, I find it very frustrating when businesses only communicate via email. I may have questions or maybe there is information that I wasn't aware of that can be quickly communicated over the phone compared to email which is much slower and may take several emails back and forth. I don't want to have to sift through emails looking for a response to a question. I will just take my business somewhere that has a more personable response. read more

It was time to turn in my lease and my car needed a lot of attention especially after all the rain we've had. Looked around on Yelp and I saw this company is woman and veteran owned which I thought was really cool. Ash was super polite and helpful with all her recommendations and she didn't bully me into any upsells, she was genuine and considerate of what would be best for returning my car to the dealership. I work crazy hours right now and Ash was more than accommodating to my schedule and even showed up early to get started. It was great that I didn't have to leave my house and in light of COVID I just left my key in the garage for her to access the car and we did contactless payment when she was done.
