Cannot beat the convenience, stellar service, customer-friendly, on-time, great pricing, and most-of-all UNBELIEVABLE RESULT. I've been working more the past few years and neglecting my cars' exteriors since I don't have time to wax and care for them. My wife's 2008 MDX looked terrible. Illusionz came in November, spent 5 hours restoring the paint and waxing. The car looked better than when I bought it new. On top of that, they explained the entire process, how long it would take, what caused the issues I had (namely not waxing regularly and using standard towels to dry the exterior), what he would do to correct them, and gave me various options and pricing to suit my goals. I was blown away at the deep black color that was restored, by the brilliant shine it produced, and surprisingly at how smooth the paint was AFTER it was waxed versus beforehand. It was like feeling sand-paper beforehand and silk after. Something I literally never thought about before. Now I find myself caressing the car just to feel how smooth the exterior finish is! These guys are the best. They made my 4 year old 100,000 mile truck look, smell, and feel brand new. They were able to take stains out of the carpet that I never thought would come out. They are professional and courteous. They come to your house which is ultra convenient; they just need to use your hose. They came with their own generator so they don't even use your electricity. Get ready for an emotional review: Brandon is a humble, honest, professional who gave us excellent service and all in all, this was just a wonderful experience. We just purchased a used luxury SUV, the car was used by a family with small kids and we had so much food/gum/toy parts and never-cleaned parts we felt we had to get a better solution than a car wash. Brandon arrived on a Saturday morning and did not stop actively working for 5 hours. Yes 5, this is the Professional part. Once done, he told me he felt we didn't need one of the services we were about to pay for so he didn't do it or charge for it. I wouldn't be able to know the type of substance used in that extra package and could have easily paid that amount, thinking he did it. This is the honest part. We should have taken pictures, we were in a hurry to leave and just forgot, but trust me, I've never been more impressed by a car cleanup, bottom line - we got a new car. Trying to tip him at the end, he actually told me to my face - it's ok, I'm the owner, I don't need a tip. and he charged me without it (to which i strongly objected and ran back to the house to find cash). Who does that in 2016? He said he just likes what he does and takes pride in it. This is the humble part.
