Tony doesn't believe in advertising for some stupid reason which I think I have to agree with. If he did any kind of advertising he would be super busy and there would be a huge line. Looking this place up and seeing the word "detailer" in the name I thought I was getting myself into a spot that actually "details" meaning getting into every nook and crevice. If thats what you're looking for STAY AWAY. The workers did not take the time to actually clean correctly. Although the car looked clean from a glance if you go looking deeper it was not cleaned correctly. Makes me wonder the way they clean themselves yikes. Time for some new workers. I'll begin with giving this location 5 stars based on Tony alone. This is a man that takes extreme pride in his work and pays attention to detail. I was looking for a good hand car wash here in NJ while visiting my parents; and so being the Yelp! whore that I am, I took to checking out locations nearby and their reviews. Based on what I saw, I gave Tony a call both yesterday and today. Yesterday was to inquire about their detailing services on the off chance I went that route and today was to come on in which by the way, this hand cash was is by appointment only which I actually LOVE. This is a small business that takes, their, TIME. Therefore, making sure all car washes are scheduled, is better for everyone involved most especially the customer when you think about it, right? Tony greated me with a smile as I pulled in and told me he'd be right with me while asking if I was the person who had just called. I loved seeing several employees working per vehicle (two were in process as I pulled in). It's a great location, spacious and offset from the road as to clean vehicles in private. Tony was super kind when I asked him not to judge this new mom for the mess in her car as she travels lots and it's current state did not properly represent me lol. I quite literally said, "I'm better than this." He was super kind, and they've been working on my car for almost 15 minutes already. I haven't even seen the final product and I'm already happy. I value greatly proper customer service as someone who worked in hospitality for years. ::pausing:: until I see the final product. BRB! I'M BACK. Almost 30 minutes later, and WOWWW! I'm so picky and almost always disappointed when I receive car washes but NOT THIS TIME. I'm loyal. Believe me when I tell you I'll be back and that they went ABOVE and beyond! This was the first professional detail since I do my own car washing. I knew he was a pro when he began by cleaning the rims and tires first. Tony spent an entire hour cleaning just the exterior of my car. He spent the hour also giving me advice on car maintenance, detailing tips and recommendations on maintaining my ceramic coating. I wanted to do a quick update. About 3 days later I had my McLaren washed here and called in advance. As promised, if you call in advance, you can be sure your car will be washed asap as soon as you enter. I asked for the $50 wash which included wax and they were done extremely efficiently and the car was left looking great. These guys have been around since 1988 and there's a reason why - they're passionate about what they do and it shows in their work. I brought my mustang in for a cleaning and they gave it the five star treatment as if it were a Ferrari. The prices were more than fair compared to a lot of other local detail shops. My car was flooded from the flash flood storm in September. Nelson said right away that if my car had electrical damage that he wouldn't bother detailing it and that I should look into a new vehicle if that was the case. I appreciated the honesty upfront and that he wasn't going to detail my car knowing it would have problems. My car thankfully was fine and he detailed it in a few days. Very professional and fast! Only downfall is they don't take debit or credit but their work is great! My car was filthy and they made it look brand new, as if I picked it up straight from the dealer. Took my 2012 car in for a full detail after a minor hit and run, and to help clean up all the small scratches and nicks that have happened over the years. They did an amazing job at removing small dents, and after applying a paint job and waxing, my car looked and shined better than it did when it was new. This was my first car detail. I'm a firm believer that businesses that are honest and treat their cusotmers right should be rewarded. I had just bought a new car but it still had some water spots on the paint and windows from a previous owner. Tony was very knowledgeable and was up front and honest with what he could fix. Dropped the car off and when i got it back, the car looked almost perfect. There were still some small spots on the window near the edges that the machine couldnt reach but it looked a thousand times better than before. The paint looked amazing and all the spots/scratches were completely removed. I went back for a hand wash recently and they were very fast yet thorough. I have a pet peeve for people who drag their feet or play with their phones while customers are waiting, but they all were professional and focused on the car til the job was done.
