He trimmed my eyebrows with three sweeps of his clippers on each side in a time totaling less than 30 seconds. I go to pay and he slaps me with a $15 surcharge for trimming my eyebrows. The haircut cost $25. A 60% surcharge without warning is unprofessional, disingenuous and unacceptable.
