When I notified the manager, he would only offer to upsell me to another tint job for another $200.+ No thanks! He did come back to fix it once because there were all kinds of bubbles and particles under it after the first installation, which I will applaud, but he doesn't really stand by his work. After two applications its still peeling and that's terrible. His lack of quality and deceptive lifetime warranty mean steer clear. Get it done somewhere professionally with actual customer service. After each application, I waited 8-10 days to roll down the windows to be safe as is protocol and this still happens after only a few months of installation. Didn't even last a year. Very unsatisfied customer.

I showed up, was greeted by the owner (who is super friendly and welcoming!), and had my minivan tinted in about an hour. Honestly, the entire staff is amazing! I met with the installers to go over care instructions and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they all really care about their customers! Oh and while I waited, the lounge was actually clean and comfortable (which is rare ). They've got snacks and drinks, comfy chairs, and a nice little fireplace/TV set up. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am for a tint job. Watched them pull it back into the shop and left…read more Came back at 3pm when I said it needed to be done (if it couldn't I told themnl I could reschedule, they said no problem). When I got there at 3, seven hours after I dropped it off, they had tinted 2 windows, one of which was messed up (pictured). But I had to leave. I emailed their "contact us" email, Daniel. I received that seemed to be a standard "we messed up sorry and that isn't what we strive for" email, offering to take off the tint and refund. I asked if they could just finish the job and fix the messed up window. I heard nothing back. Followed up with another email. Nothing, ghosted. Stay very far away. Been getting vehicles tinted, wrapped or ceramic coated for 20 years in many states. Worse place I've ever used. They won't last long. I expect to get some "we're so sorry" response after the reviews I leave but too little too late. People don't have time to mess around with you.
