On top of all that the staff is amazing. All of the instructors make you feel incredibly welcome, are knowledgable, and have great high energy. In my first class they made sure to have an instructor stay with me to make sure I was comfortable and getting the best out of my workout. It made it so easy to acclimate to the new gym, which can be overwhelming. The place is full of good energy and wonderful vibes. The only thing they really need to work on is creating more scheduled classes available each day. The place is still new to the area. I have been going for a month and enjoyed every class. The instructors are always around to boost your ego. They are very helpful when learning new tips about techniques that are offered in this class. This has been the best place to improve your health with great exercise. Meeting new people and interacting with everyone is wonderful. You will make new friends from all over the area due to the fact they do a buddy system at the end to encourage each other to interact. Each class allows me to achieve my goals with weight loss, strength, and courage. The price is affordable if your able to spend a little bit each month. You can attend as many as you want which is great. Women and Men have their own locker rooms plus they have their own bathroom. They do provide a unisex bathroom separate from the locker rooms. A total of three bathrooms. Drinks and clothing are sold there if you wish to purchase any of it. Also, they have water fountains available in case you want to fill up your container. Another great thing, they are big on social media so if a class is canceled, you will know about it. I love my boxing gloves too when you sign up, which is an awesome deal. I've never enjoyed going to the gym, but this place has changed my mind! I always get a fantastic workout in and the instructors are friendly and energetic. I actually look forward to going to the gym now! They have great pricing that fits into my budget and lets me get the most amount of workouts for my dollar. Plus the group class structure makes it easy for someone like me, who knows nothing about working out, to go in and get a workout without having to think about it. The employees here are amazing. They go above and beyond for all of their customers, especially newcomers. It is a very fun way to workout. They keep everything very energized and never push you to do anything you aren't comfortable with. This is my new favorite workout! Total body workout plus cardio plus endurance. Great music, and the instructors make sure the class is fun and engaging. I was very nervous about trying it because I am not in great shape. But the staff is friendly and welcoming as are the members. This is by far my favorite exercising facility I've been to. I love how each workout kicks my butt and pushes me to want to do more. I love attending back to back classes a couple times a week. I love the energy in the studio from each member and trainer. The owners are very sweet and helpful and push us when we need it.
