Alex arrived same day as my call ( I sent him pictures so he knew this wasn't a leisurely take down. He spoke to me and two neighbors and even recorded a video for my insurance claim. I had both crane and a bucket truck, as well as their tree climber- who was fascinating to see his skill. These guys are the real deal. They came a couple weeks later to finish the job. It was relatively quick and painless, considering the size of the trees.
