A recent storm launched a large branch on a neighbors garage, while another branch was poised above my garage ready to break. Alex arrived same day as my call ( I sent him pictures so he knew this wasn't a leisurely take down. He spoke to me and two neighbors and even recorded a video for my insurance claim. The price was more than fair. The crew arrived on time and got to work 3 days later. They were fast, friendly and immaculate at clean up. I had both crane and a bucket truck, as well as their tree climber- who was fascinating to see his skill. These guys are the real deal. True "tree whisperers" who were faster than their estimated time, and also gave me an opportunity to add on additional small trees which Alex identified as future problems. Worth it. I will give my highest recommendation on both safety and speed, plus the price was fair! My situation was not one you want to be in- especially with a storm system looming on tomorrows weather- and they made sure we were ahead of it and safe. These guys are good, like really good. They came by and couldn't use the crane due to the driveway being too small and the fact that they couldn't crane it out anywhere (happens in Cleveland with streets) so they came up with a solution and absolutely killed it. This was probably a 6-7 story tree and they got it cut down in no time and cleaned everything up. Would highly recommend their services, also whoever the guy that drives their bucket truck did what I would consider a stellar job, I don't think most people would be able to fit a bucket truck through the driveway because it narrows down between the steps in my house. Maybe Cleveland N. review got A&S confused with another company because everything went as planned and better than I thought. Tree was rotted near the house, ground was wet and weather over 90 degrees. Company supplied me a quote the same day he looked at it with bonding and insurance records. Owner brought 3 guys to backup and help the 1 courageous guy who climbed all the way up the tree to cut each branch. They knew exactly what to do and used ropes to divert the branches from hitting the house. All the guys were nice and acted professionally. I called around and knew they gave me a fair price, plus they helped move the branches into the woods and called one of their buddies to pick up the heavier stuff for free. My lawn got messed up badly. He argued and over talked me on the phone. Very angry and dangerous behavior. Branches hanging that were in danger of falling. He gave me a good price to remove tree and thought he could just treat me like shit. Taken me a while to write this. He came back over to see what I was talking about, and never made an effort to fix anything we discussed. HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS.
