While waiting for them to complete their two year project, we had the technology they used reviewed by a few other firms to find out what it would cost to get the job completed by another firm so that we could have a complete web solution. According to those other firms, the entire platform they were building our website technology on was antiquated well before the project was even started. Pay a little more and get what you deserve. Or save every email you ever send them and demand in writing everything that is discussed.
