He spoke that they had a lot of clients and they are very supportive of the military as he was in the military as well. A trainer came in and also introduced himself as Brad. Super fit and a lot of energy. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and I didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, etc. I was invited back with my husband to try a free personal training class. The hours are convenient with having both late nights and weekends available. Excited to see what their circuit training is all about!

The notice shall be sent via first-class mail, via email from an email address on file with the health studio, or DELIVERED IN PERSON TO (Name of health studio operator) at (Address and email address of health studio operator)." I have sustained a massive injury. I have constant pain and a spinal fluid leak and can no longer do any kind of physical activity. I have been trying to cancel since the end of March. The gym manager demanded I come in person, or mail a letter along with my medical documents as proof in order to receive a refund or to process my cancellation. I have tried informing them over the phone that what they are doing is illegal. I do not have the ability to come in person or go to the post office. They should have accepted the hand delivered letter my father tried to deliver. They don't care. They refuse to process my cancellation continuously. We have personally had maybe 10 bikes fit here with amazing results. My son went to nationals twice and I won a state championship! Most importantly leadership is inclusive and develops good people and good sports as a priority over winning - which they do through kindness, respect and the gift of time.
