We came on a Tuesday for a 9:20 AM tee time and the course was busy already. However, we teed off right on time and, because it was our first time, probably played a slower round but still finished under 4 and half hours with no one in front of us. If you are new, it is helpful to have at least seen the course map to get a general idea of where to go as this is a course with three different 9s. We played creek and Stonehouse and they were both solid. The course was in nice condition and it seem like someone pissed off the superintendent of the course because the greens were fast and it seemed like every hole was on a slope With a cart, the round was roughly a hundred bucks a person which, seems to match the going rate these days to play a round of golf. This was with a seperate cart fee so that's something to be mindful about. This is a course I have passed by on the 15 for years and I'm glad I had a chance to play it. Definitely worth checking out at least once.

Love that kind of customer service. The check-in process was quick and easy and then it was off to the practice facilities. From the driving range, chipping area, which included well kept bunkers, and the putting green, it was incredible. Some of the nicer practice facilities I've seen. As for the course itself, it was in really good shape. Not gonna lie, not knowing the course, it chewed me up pretty good. People who knew the course definitely had the advantage that day. There are a ton of elevation changes, elevated tees, and the greens were quick. It took me a while, but I finally started rolling putts much better on the back nine. I would love to blame the course for my high score that day, but I know better. Lol. In full transparency, at times a few holes felt gimmicky, but I think that just comes down to my own personal preference. It's an expensive golf course but you are getting a quality golf experience when playing at Journey. The GPS on our cart did not work for the front nine which was a bummer, but when we made the turn, they happily traded carts for us and got us up and running. The staff really did make this course stand out. I'd be happy to play there again.

We went to the bar and got a few drinks with ice for the round. The course was very well taken care of! There was maintenance being completed but they were very nice when we would hit and go around us without interfering. There was a few hole with really nice views and getting around the course was clear and honestly very fun. The only small issue we had was the cart locking on us randomly but it would usually fix in a few seconds. Overall, a great course with a few hazards. Very fun place to play

The worker in the pro shop and starter were both real friendly & the starter was giving us a bunch of tips on the course layout since it was our first time. The course layout itself wasn't too challenging, the fairways were pretty wide . Pace of play was great (we started at 6:50am). I would say that there were a few tee boxes that were flat out dirt... and there were many patches of dirt along numerous fairways.

Greens and fairways were in great condition, and a number of holes had picturesque tee shots. There a handful of blind tee and fairway shots so playing with someone familiar with the course was a huge help. The cart girl came by a few times during the round. In order to get ice, you have to buy something from the bar. The starter held people accountable to tee off on their scheduled time, so make sure to show up on time. The unisex bathrooms around the course were pretty gross, had stains on the floor and smelled. There is GPS on the cart, but it's pretty outdated. Note: Cell service on the entire course is non-existent and the WiFi provided wasn't very reliable.

I walked in right at 9:55 for a 10 AM…read moreappointment and he was ready for me within a few minutes... a little awkward to be out in the open with everyone else but once it gets going it wasn't too bad Carlos had a great personality and was so easy to talk to... he really stretched out my legs well and hamstrings especially, which felt great. Overall, I'd say it was pretty close to what I expected... I didn't sign up for their monthly plan cause this lab is a little out of my way and I'm not sure that I could commit to it as much as I'd want to, but I'll be looking forward to trying it again when I'm ready for another stretch!
