And I only like a certain type of sunscreen. The ones that don't smell like sunscreen and feel like you're wiping wax on your face. Had I known Ga-In existed, I would have made a bee-line. But I found them after I resorted to temporarily using a western brand that was more expensive and more sucky until an Amazon delivery saved me. Yes, they do have sunscreen here. And I was so tempted to buy it because I've not seen it before and it looked great. But at home, I literally have tubes of suncreen, so I decided not to. But for ABers, they have some pretty legit brands here: Sulwhasoo, OHUI, HIstory of Whoo, Isa Knox, Sansim, etc. They have skincare (toners, creams, face masks, etc.) and makeup (cushions, BB creams, lip sticks), but there's more skincare products than makeup. The associate here was awesome. There was no one else in the store when I went in and she greeted me, but not in the over-eager way. She was knowledgeable about the products and informed me they do eyelash extensions and brows here. When I told her I was just browsing, she actually left me alone to browse, which was great. I thanked her before leaving without buying anything (I just wanted to gather some info for my review), and she even gave me some BB cream samples. So sweet!

By saying, "sometimes children get nervous when their mom is in the area" or " I couldn't see around the corner to get a full picture of what was going on". You should have asked if there was anything you or your staff could do to assist me and my daughter with removing our wet jackets after coming in from the pouring rain outside. During our call, you mentioned that you didn't think I would leave your salon after your mean and unnecessary exchange. I responded that you can't predict a person's reaction that's why you should be kind to ALL. Did you think I would sit in your business and feel uncomfortable, rushed and unwanted? Yes, I've only been there 6 times in 1 Year (thanks for looking that up) and I've never felt an overwhelming sense of peace or warmth in your space. Like most women, I look forward to my time in a beauty salon and when I can share it with my daughter it's even more special. Your behavior ruined that experience. Mind you, this is all because you failed to evaluate a situation before addressing the customer. You made the customer the problem and that's a problem. If a shampoo area was crowded by 5 people, but meant to accommodate 6 then that's a problem that requires your attention. If you ask a customer whose been in your salon for 90 seconds to move out the way then that's a problem. Reading your review, I still don't think you understand that this was unnecessary and ridiculous on your part. I reacted by taking my business elsewhere and sharing my experience. It's not about the 6 visits. It's about the repeat visits over the years that will never happen. Melissa- The beauty salon is about more than creating outward beauty. Most of us want to be poured into by other positive woman and unwind for a few hours. It's about the experience. Please keep that in mind.
