They were patient, clear, and communicative throughout all the stages - from scheduling a measurement, providing an estimate, explaining details of the estimate, confirming a =timeline, and ensuring we were kept informed throughout the entire process. Their costs also came in either below or equivalent to any of the big box store's contracted installers - who I doubt would have provided the care, communication, and quality provided by Good Boy.
