Before picture of soffit and facia that was included in the $500 bid that were both supposed to be replaced. Picture 5. After picture of facia was replaced however soffit was just nailed back in because they claimed the wood was still good.

James Yunker and his business partner/lead carpenter, Tristan, suggested an L-shaped floating bench design using live-edge Douglas Fir slabs with a slight angled back, left unstained for a natural look. The craftsmanship is stunning, and it perfectly complements my vision for a cozy, country-style dining area with a full dining table and chairs. Time: a bit over 2 hours. He has the gift of explaining clearly what is needed and being utterly tactful. There was apparently a low spot in the floor of the tub that had caused water to collect and cause the rust. Paul evaluated it and said that they could probably level it out before putting on the finish to correct the problem. It turned out looking great! I had concerns about slipping on the new surface since I previously used a vinyl mat with suction cups which you cannot use on a reglazed tub. The woman at the office ( sorry, I forgot her name) was very helpful. I went in and could try out the various options with bare feet to see what worked. I got the mat that they sold plus had grab bars installed by Phil when he did the reglazing. Overall a good experience and a reasonable price.
