I asked to speak with the supervisor, but she was arrogant and refused to assist me properly. I had proof by email that my doctor had already sent the prescription. In addition, the nurse personally called the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription had been sent and that the pharmacy had received it in their system. Despite all of this, they still refused to give me my medication. What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated as a Spanish speaker. There were employees who spoke Spanish, but no one was willing to properly help or listen to me. I felt discriminated against and dismissed instead of being treated with professionalism and respect. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.

They also eliminated their huge greeting card selection which was always nicely stacked and now it's just a small section with few basic cards. Not to mention CVS is always so much more expensive then other stores so if you don't have a coupon you're paying full price and then some! The only good thing is this location is open 24/7 so you can walk in anytime and get whatever you may need. Hopefully things improve at some point!

This was one of the few stores that had bleach and cleaning products during this time and didn't jack up prices on items. They also have unique finds like seasonal home decor, candles, decorative soaps and touches. You could easily buy a thoughtful gift here without leaving the neighborhood. The also have my absolute favorite lip balm (Dr Bronners lime coconut) that I picked up totally by accident, but am now making trips in to buy for each coat/purse etc.

The other day I had to pick up my prescription. I used this area because it's so close to my work. It seemed like I was being ignored by the older female with glasses.working in the pharmacy department. Finally she got to me. I only had to repeat my name to her 3 times, since she was so focused. I then returned about 4 hours later to retrieve the medication. Rite Aid would never take more than an hour. I won't complain about that. My complaint is when I returned to get my meds, the same woman was at one of the 3 counters. I stood under the sign which indicated " drop off / pick up ". She was maybe busy, she saw me standing there and by this time more people joined what I was lead to believe was the line. A few moments later, another associate came to the counter and called next. A gentleman with manners motioned for me to go first, since I was there first but was standing under the sign which I found out to be useless. I asked the associate about the instructions of the sign, he said there was only 1 line and every counter is the same ? So why not remove the sign ? I purchased my meds, he verified my address which was prob not neccesary ? His demeanor was more professional than the woman with the glasses, but honestly, I'm not dealing with this. The woman with the glasses has been working there , I believe for some time. She's low on energy, low on human interaction and probably intellectual ability. I will not be using this pharmacy to get My medication. The store as a whole is a different story. I have no problems with it, but the pharmacy is not worth my time.​​
