The person behind the counter didn't speak to me hardly at all, which is something I have grown to expect at most LYS. Some friendly banter about what I'm making with the yarn or something like that, not a major thing but it made me feel a little awkward not really being spoken to whatsoever. It has a dedicated parking lot in back which is wonderful for the location. I hope to see it thrive, but I might continue going to different yarn stores that have a bit of a warmer reception.

As I sat and waited I saw the walls had many examples of their embroidery work, and it all looked stellar. She was very nice and referred my to their screen printing manager, Will. Told me to email him the design. So I did within minutes. He didn't reply until the next day with a very informal email, "how soon do you want them?" I replied within 1 minute. He didn't reply. I sent another email a couple hours later asking what the update was. Still within business hours. The weekend passed I figured they were closed and I'd get a reply on Monday. I emailed him once again, no response. It is Tuesday night, and I haven't even received an apology, or a simple "hey man we can't fulfill your request." I'm not one to leave reviews usually, but I hope this motivates them to building better rapport with future clients. Some of us would have paid VERY WELL and OFTEN if the first batch of work was done correctly. (;
