As I sat and waited I saw the walls had many examples of their embroidery work, and it all looked stellar. I run a youth sports league and had a company scheduled for a month and a half to come out to our games on opening day to heat press the kids names on their jerseys. The day before our opening day, which was yesterday, he canceled on me. This was going to be devastating to the kids not to mention make us look bad for not delivering on what we had been telling our registrants. Between my husband and I we called appx 50 places with everyone saying it was just too short of notice. (Rightfully so) but not Bryant. Him and Bradley figured out a way to help me out and made it work! Bradley was slammed all day today and probably was a bit stressed but he did a great job and I am so thankful that I came across this company. Thank you to you both. He gives them poor quality prints or uses cheaper shirts than what was supposed to be used.. What is supposed to be a work place is filled with loud & overly sexual comments being yelled around.. seems more like a highschool workshop than an actual business... stuff here is not organized and is all over the place. He doesn't even pay his employees !!! I actually got a couple of them together to pursue further action. There are tons more reliable printers around that you should check out if you are getting shirts printed that actually take care of their customers AND employees.
