This was my first time getting a spray tan here, and I was really looking forward to it--but…read moreunfortunately, the experience left me a little disappointed. I thought the machine would spray the front 4 times (like air brushing, twice on the left front and twice on the right front), but it only did the front once, so now my tan is uneven because I didn't turn around. You also can't hear the machine telling you directions, and I was never told what to do with my arms. There was also condensation inside the booth that dripped onto my arm mid-spray, which affected the result. The front desk staff was nice, but no one really explained how the machine worked or walked me through the available add-ons. I had to ask about adding a scent myself, and I'm still not sure what other options were offered. There was also a mix-up where I was told I owed $34 even though I had already paid the day before. It got resolved quickly, but it added to the confusion. The team was friendly, but I think better training would really improve the experience--especially for first-time guests like me. I've heard great things about the other locations, so I'll definitely give it another try and hope for a better experience next time. Absolutely horrible booking service and cancellation with zero accountability…read more from the front receptionist. We had booked online and when I went to cancel the appointment online a month out and were not able to cancel online due to how it is setup. I called the salon a month prior to the appointment and the receptionist said she can cancel the appointment no problem and she needed to do it. Now here we are a month later and the appointment was not cancelled and they are charging me 50 percent of the haircut because the salon receptionist did not cancel it. I spoke to Leilani at the front desk and the response is sorry I don't have record of a cancellation. Now because one of their employees did not follow through I got charged and the salon did nothing to correct it. If you can't cancel your appointments online and the employees aren't doing it and automatically charging your card for missed appointments its a loose loose for the customer. But the salon is making money off those appointments not getting cancelled. So sad because the prior experience with the hairdresser was great. As I mentioned to Leilani on the phone today my husband came in on Feb 4th with my daughter because when I made the original reservation I messed up and made it for March 4th. My husband took my daughter on Feb 4th and when he said the date was wrong he personally cancelled the reservation in the salon with the receptionist. It was a girl on the younger side with dark hair and tattoos. Working on Feb 4th. After he told me I had the wrong month I called the salon to make sure it was cancelled on the same day Feb 4th after I realized I couldn't confirm the cancellation online. The receptionist said she had to cancel it and my husband had already told her. The two of us both confirmed it was cancelled and neither one of us got her name plus it's been a month now.
