She responded to the review by calling me a liar and that I showed up 20 minutes late. That's absolutely not true. I stand by my original review, even if that makes me a crazy b. I hate to be be one of the few naysayers here, but my experience with Victoria was vastly underwhelming. I found her on Groupon because I was looking for a spa that uses Epicuren products. I had a facial with Epicuren products a couple of years ago and my skin was glowing and amazing for a few days. I bought the 3 facial package and call Victoria to schedule an appointment. She seemed surprised that the facial package was still for sale on Groupon but honored it anyway. The day of the appointment I showed up about 10 minutes early since this is my first time and most estheticians I've been to either have a questionnaire for you to fill out about your skin or use that time to analyze your skin. Victoria showed up 10 minutes late. After talking about my skin we were running quite behind on my 60 minute facial, which did not end up being 60 minutes. The facial itself was underwhelming, just a brief cleansing, scrub, steam, extractions, and mask. There wasn't at least a double cleanse to really clean the skin. I was laying there by myself most of the time while under the steam and wearing the mask. My skin didn't really feel clean afterwards and didn't really see that "after facial" glow. Since I bought a 3 pack, I tried to schedule another appointment but she didn't seem very organized and didn't really know her availability. We scheduled an appointment for dec 5 at 5, and I got a text that morning telling me she's not working that day. That's it...didn't offer to reschedule or anything. Whatever...I shared my bad experience with Groupon and they refunded my money.

She really caters to your needs; and I like how she booked an appointment 2weeks before the event to get to know me, my makeup needs, and what look will suit me for the event.
