Her and I had clear conversation as I was considering switching to membership vs single service . I ended up getting a membership and after a few services realized their spray tan product was actually causing skin acne /rash. I reached out to cancel my membership and they told me the 3 credits I had on file were now gone. This was the opposite of what I had been told. They charge for a membership which guarantees a certain amount of credits then are no longer usable once the membership is cancelled. The company is taking money for providing NOTHING to the customer. This makes zero sense. The credits for cancelled memberships don't even stay active for any period. This company is so unethical. The employees spray tanning also say a "a 20% tip is highly recommended " then proceed to charge 20% on the single service price not the membership price. Ive requested a refund on my credit card and they refused, I requested they credit 3 sessions on my account and they refused. I hope to warn others to be very cautious. I will never give my business to a company like this.

I couldn't be happier at my new Tanning Salon "Rockstar Tan". There prices are MUCH LESS THAN PALM BEACH; no ridiculous add-on fees and most memberships are all-inclusive. You NEVER need to wait for a bed or a spray booth at Rockstar Tan. They have shorter times and stronger bulbs in their beds, and they just got a brand new Mystic spray. They have a ton of beds. They also do custom air brush spray tans. The best thing is that the entire staff are wonderful. They have a great attitude. They're extremely helpful and very friendly.

I don't know what is going on but every since they switched to Palm Beach Tan, everything just seems screwed up. There is always two different kinds of music playing and I've asked management about it and they always blame it on corporate, blah, blah, blah. It's been how many months now??? The last girl I spoke to about it (Sammy or Samantha or something) seemed annoyed with me for asking about it but it's like... c'mon... I'm a paying customer! I don't like hearing two different types of music! So she was just kind of rude about and seemed annoyed that I was asking. She honestly never really seems pleasant anyway. Anyway... I'm gonna stop going there now. They take forever to replace their bulbs anyway. Some tanning beds I feel like I don't even much of a tan. read more

ABSOLUTE SCAM. I would give a 0 star if I could. I was a member on and off for 5 years and I will never give another dollar to this company ever again! I tried to cancel my membership but was told by an employee that there are not recurring payments and that there was no need to cancel my membership. At the end of the month I was charged $105 and was refused a refund by the manager. Looking at other reviews, there seems to be similar situations with other people. They have the worse customer service imaginable. Will never be coming back again. Pathetic read more

This place is a joke. Spray tan doesn't work well . It's blotchy, uneven and looks like a dirt. Girls are always on the phone or texting and busy talking to each other. They really don't care about the customers. Beds are dirty and old. Location is very dated , always waiting and frustrating. I just recently canceled my membership and join different salon in Mission viejo. If you want to cancel your membership its a quest too. Must cancel your credit card, otherwise they will continue charge. read more

There is this girl that works there and she said her name is Sam, I think she is an assistant manager or something. She was very rude to the lady in front of me, and then she was rude to me as well. She doesn't seem to be happy about her job there or something. Not sure what her deal is. I've experienced this on multiple occasions. She gave me a case number and said someone would follow up--no one ever did. I sent a second email, and still, no response after nearly a month. To make matters worse, the register associate, Sophia, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Even though the store was empty, I waited over 10 minutes just to be helped at the register. This was not a busy time--no one was even in line--just terrible service. I am attaching photos of my lip and eye so you can see the extent of the damage. Please, if you care about your health, do not go here. If you do, never let them do your makeup--it's not safe.

I rescheduled my appointment and physically arrived at the spa. When I checked in, I was informed that the gift card had already been fully used. I asked if I could at least receive the remaining value back or have clarification on the charge, and was told they would be "keeping the gift card for the files." After leaving, I then received a voicemail stating I was considered a "no-show" and would be charged an additional $50 fee -- despite the fact that I physically showed up and spoke with staff in person. The entire situation felt extremely disorganized and unfair. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, but charging a no-show fee to someone who actually arrived for their appointment makes no sense. I would strongly encourage clearer communication regarding gift cards, cancellation fees, and appointment policies moving forward.
