After another business refused the possibility that it could be remedied, I brought it to A-1 Auto Trim. Initially, I just asked for repair of the seat cover, but when I brought up how uncomfortable the seat was, Josh recommended a simple modification to the seat cushioning while the cover was being repaired. The work was completed in only one day, and the results speak for themself, and indicate a business run with integrity and knowledge. The seat bolster was expertly replaced, and the seat is now exceedingly comfortable!!! As well, I found the price of the service to be reasonable. I can't comment on the repair costs associated with an antique or an exotic car, but for my car, this was actually the most competitive offer. I expected them to reinstall my old equipment, but they actually installed a new kit and also reconnected my dash cam for free. I still stand by my original review because it accurately describes what happened at the time, but I also believe in giving credit where it's due. I sincerely appreciate Bruce reconsidering the situation and DeDona ultimately making things right.

After 3 additional years of use the upholstery finely pulled apart and the foam in the edge of the seat had started breaking down to the point that the seat was uncomfortable. I had been told by the dealership that the entire convertible mechanism would have to be replaced simply because the actual parts I needed were no longer available. The dealer did suggest this organization as an alternative and when we went there, Carlos was able to easily identify what clips needed to be repaired, allowing us to go out and purchase them ourselves as they are aftermarket. The actual dealership guaranteed the clips were correct, added them and confirmed we no longer needed new top. Just re-glued the existing one. So back to Carlos who quickly fixed the convertible top, taught me the proper etiquette of convertible usage, and even fixed the rear hatch problem that we were having for months while waiting for parts. He said it would be fixed as soon as the top was repaired and well he was right and the dealer.... Not. I probably would've paid anything as I love this car, but the gluing and everything he did was so reasonable and I don't know what else he does, but I highly recommend him and in particular Carlos, who kindly and gently explained everything I needed to understand as the car owner!! So great service, great prices, facility was nice. I don't know what else I can say about them other than if you have an older car or maybe even a newer one, but in my situation, mine is older with no parts being produced.... Carlos guy was a lifesaver.
