I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I experienced with Carlos and the work they did to my 2015 Fiat. I had been told by the dealership that the entire convertible mechanism would have to be replaced simply because the actual parts I needed were no longer available. The dealer did suggest this organization as an alternative and when we went there, Carlos was able to easily identify what clips needed to be repaired, allowing us to go out and purchase them ourselves as they are aftermarket. The actual dealership guaranteed the clips were correct, added them and confirmed we no longer needed new top. Just re-glued the existing one. So back to Carlos who quickly fixed the convertible top, taught me the proper etiquette of convertible usage, and even fixed the rear hatch problem that we were having for months while waiting for parts. He said it would be fixed as soon as the top was repaired and well he was right and the dealer.... Not. I probably would've paid anything as I love this car, but the gluing and everything he did was so reasonable and I don't know what else he does, but I highly recommend him and in particular Carlos, who kindly and gently explained everything I needed to understand as the car owner!! So great service, great prices, facility was nice. I don't know what else I can say about them other than if you have an older car or maybe even a newer one, but in my situation, mine is older with no parts being produced.... My sunroof track broke and I looked online. They have a good rating, the price was less but still expensive. I know most of it is labor, but it still was a pretty penny to get fixed. The best part was they can get me in the next day. Dropped it off, it was done by afternoon. The staff was really nice. It was quick and easy so I'm grateful I found this place. Been here since 1977. Would recommend of course. The dealer, was three times as much so it was a big savings just one of those unfortunate things when you gotta dish out a lot of money to fix something you weren't planning on fixing. read more

My car has not been drivable for about two years because someone left the windows open battery died couldn't open the convertible oh and the key was stuck in it as well anyway car was not going to drive for me. I had someone come and fix it get the key out and the windows up but the only problem was the convertible and the trunk did not work. I had a great friend call his contacts cause I was having no luck finding anyone that could help me. He found this company and help me call them because the liner on the interior ceiling was hanging down as well so it wasn't safe for me to drive because it was blocking the rearview window. I left it for five days not counting the weekends because they don't work on the weekend and they were able to fix the lining the convertible top and the trunk. I picked it up yesterday and drove with the top down and was loving the life. We brought our son's 2006 ford mustang here as there was a leak. After a diagnostic we were told the whole top would need to be replaced, and quoted nearly $2500.00. As he was paying for this fix himself it was outside of his budget and we were able to find several locations between 1600 and 1800, which was more manageable. When getting his car back we still had to pay 164$ diagnostic fee (which is the same rate as their hourly labor). Apparently when you get the repair done with them this fee is credited toward the repair, but coming in at $700 more than multiple other REPUTABLE companies that also have excellent reviews is completely ridiculous. read more

I have a 2013 Fiat 500 convertible. The convertible top is SO poorly designed that the chord got twisted in the track trying to open & close it, and ended up taking out all the hardware. It was stuck in the open position. I live in Boone, NC (in the mountains where it rains alot) and there is NO one here that fixes something like that. I was told by Hampton's Body Shop about Tops and Trends in Kernersville and WOW!! I am SO happy I found them!!! To replace the top would have cost me a TON of money and was not going to spend that for a 10 year-old car (I had already replaced the engine). Carlos was FANTASTIC!! He told me he can close it and I agreed. I got it back a day later and it looks like it was never broke. (of course I don't have a convertible anymore LOL... but THAT is Fiat's fault). Called yesterday to see if they could manually put my convertible top down, temporarily, until I could bring it back next week to be fixed. Was quoted S164/hour and told it would take an hour and a half to do the job when I know it takes less than 5 minutes, literally, to do. I've seen it done by another repair person as I waited. They were trying to rip customers off by overestimating the time for the job. Beware. read more

The sunroof on my Nissan Rogue was leaking and I had no idea the cause. It could've been a gasket, mechanical, defective glass, or anything. Fortunately, It was simply clogged drainage holes which they readily cleared and tested. I was only charged for the initial evaluation fee for the repair. I could image if I had taken my car to a dealership! They would've probably charged several hours labor to evaluate and then try to convince me I need a whole new sunroof. The photos are the proof of what kind of work they do. I sent the car back to them to get them to fix their screw ups. They tried to fix The screw ups but something's just can't be covered up.
