My daughter is in the 1-2 year old room and her teacher Ms. Holly is AMAZING! She is so great with that age group and my daughter just loves her. Drop off in the morning is so easy and warms my heart to see how excited my daughter is to spend the day with her. 4. There are cameras in the classrooms that you can watch which was nice at the beginning. Starting a new school is sometimes a difficult transition but it was so wonderful to see how well she adapted. Now, I do not open the cameras very often but when I do, the kids are so happy and always busy doing fun activities. 5. The playgrounds are separated for each age group and so nice. 6. The food served each day is a perfect assortment. It is nice to see my daughter eat a variety of foods and not just "kids" foods. 7. There is an app that the teachers update daily. Things like diapers, nap times and each meal/how much they ate are recorded. They even upload photos sometimes of the activities they do each day. 8. The center is pretty large. Unfortunately, we will be moving before she can move up to the older classrooms but they all look so engaging. The learning equipment and toys in each room are top of the line. Oftentimes we'd arrive to drop her off and it'd be a new face on a daily basis. No one ever introduced themselves to us, and my daughter had no consistency, making her feel less comfortable being dropped off. My daughter needs help with drop off and during the entire time we were there, only a couple of the teachers would help - most of them stood back and let you try to get your child to interact with the other children. When she started getting older, they moved her to another classroom, but when they had staffing issues, they just moved my daughter from room to room without any communication with us. We'd arrive in the morning and never knew which room we were supposed to take her to. They'd then move her in the middle of the day multiple times, leaving us unable to see her on their camera system, and not knowing where to pick her up. We had several instances of arriving to pick her up and she'd have a poopy diaper, causing rashes. There were a few times the poop had been there so long that she was bleeding from the rash it had caused. The final straw for us was when we potty trained our daughter, it felt like we were working against the daycare. The first day after training, they took her out of the room with a toilet, moved her to the younger room, and put her back in a diaper. Every weekend we had to nearly re-train her because they weren't listening to her when she said she needed to go potty and they weren't giving her enough reminders. She'd come home having had at least 1 accident daily. She also went from LOVING going to the potty to it being a battle to get her to go. After just 3 days at home, she no longer has any accidents, indicating that they definitely weren't doing their part. In the 11 months we were with this daycare, there were 3 directors. The newest director Ashley really seems like she's trying to turn the place around, and I had faith in her for a long time. I just think this daycare is too far gone at this point. It just needs to be shut down.

Not to mention staff children are favored over the other children, one teacher just holds their child majority of the time which takes away from the supervision and attention the other kids need. Frequent staff turnover only adds to the instability. Given the ongoing issues, it's hard to see how this school continues to meet licensing standards--it urgently needs serious oversight and intervention.

I have three kids there who have been in the PreK, Early Preschool, and Preschool programs. From Day One, all of the administrators knew our family and were more than accommodating with the transition to school and problem-solving some tricky behaviors with one of my kids. They take the time to get to know my kids, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our family. The building is new and beautiful, and the curriculum and programs focus on integrating STEAM concepts and activities, Social Emotional Learning, and allowing creative expression and play. I have seen tremendous growth in all my kids since they began at Everbrook, and I know that their focus on building relationships and community has contributed to that. My kids feel safe there, and I feel confident they are cared for and safe. The tuition is comparable to other private preschools in the area; however, this was the best value with everything included (meals, snacks, diapers & wipes). We have been to many different daycares and preschools with our oldest due to moves, and Everbrook has been our favorite and has exceeded all of my expectations!
