If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I took a full day off work to bring my vehicle in for a diagnostic appointment. At no point was I informed of any delay or issue, and the owner allowed both me and my father to believe that the vehicle was actively being worked on. After waiting and following up, we discovered that the vehicle had not been inspected at all, and the owner had already closed early and left for the day without notice. This reflects a clear lack of transparency, misrepresentation of services, and complete disregard for a customer's time and schedule. This experience was not only unprofessional but unacceptable from a business standpoint. Customers rely on accurate communication and good faith when leaving their vehicle in someone else's care--neither of which were provided here. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to reconsider, especially if you are taking time off work or depending on timely service. Based on my experience, there is a serious lack of professionalism and accountability.
