If you're…read morelooking for a great, reliable, and reasonably-priced mobile detailer in the Triangle, I recommend these guys. I found Prestige via Yelp. I did a search for mobile detailers in my area. I actually landed on New Life Auto Spa first. I used Yelp's "Request a Quote" button to get an estimate from New Life. Yelp ended up sending out requests on my behalf to five different mobile detailers in the area. Prestige was one of them. It turned out New Life only does mobile detailing for Apex and Cary (I'm in Chapel Hill). Ladean at New Life quoted me an outside detail for $275 if I brought my car to his shop. For my small car, that's expensive. In 2020, I paid $85 for a wash and wax from Wash N Werk. In 2021, I paid $79 to Showroom Shine for a wash and wax. Before tip. So, New Life's $275 quote for an exterior detail alone seemed exorbitant to me. It must have included extras I didn't know about. Josue, owner of Prestige, replied to me on Yelp with a quote of $75 flat. The best deal yet. However, I believe you get what you pay for. Prestige exceeded my expectations and provided great value. Josue was a good communicator and answered all the questions I had via Yelp messaging and text. Josue was flexible and available when it came to scheduling. He showed up promptly at our appointment time of 10am on a Thursday morning. After meeting Josue and his assistant Justin in person, I asked Josue if he could do an interior detail too. Specifically, I asked for my leather to be cleaned and conditioned. He said he could do it for an additional $65 and that he usually charges $80 for it. So, $140 total for the exterior and interior detail job. Considering I paid about $155 total to Wash N Werk for an exterior (including ceramic sealant) and interior detail job a couple years ago, I thought Josue's additional quote was reasonable. I ended up tipping $20 for a $160 total. Prestige did something to my interior that no other detailer has done - they made my rubber mats look new and shiny. I also noticed a fine attention to detail to the nearly 22-year-old chrome around my gear shifter. They cleaned and polished it to a level I hadn't seen since I used to detail my car myself. It was shiny and spotless. Payment was done via Square. It was convenient because I could pay using my phone. I didn't need to hand over a physical card or cash or anything like that. Take a look at the pictures I uploaded here on Yelp to see the outstanding job that Josue and Justin did. My car is a 2001 model year, built in 2000. At the time that Josue and Justin worked on it, it had 284,300 miles on it. Original paint, trim, molding, wheels, headlights, leather, etc. They made my car look terrific, inside and out. Josue was very responsive via Yelp messaging and text. He told me he uses wax products (spray, hand, buffing) from P&S and Chemical Guys. He also mentioned clay bar to me. I don't know what all he and Justin used on my car, but I did tell him up front that I mostly care about protecting and extending the life of my paint, leather, headlights, etc., which Josue understood. Josue told me he became the new owner of Prestige in September 2021 (coming up on a year now), but has been in the car detailing business for years. He and Justin arrived in an unmarked white work van. They worked on my car for a solid 2+ hours which is a little longer than most mobile detailers I've used, but that's not a bad thing. What I love about mobile detailers is they come to you and there's certainly value in that.

My car has never looked better! Nick was the contact person. He made it easy to schedule an appointment; he actually called when an earlier appointment date became available; they arrived promptly and on time; and he followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good. One of the cars was a 1989 Honda CRV that while in great mechanical condition (only 144,000 miles, the paint has taken a beating as it's not been garaged for its entire life. While not a miracle worker, Jordan brought the best out of what we call Honda1. The interior of the car is still in terrific condition and Jordan read able to make it shine. Honda2 is a 2021 CRV Touring with a beautiful blue coral color. Jordan made it look even better. Jordan has a great eye for detail and obvious pride in his work. No reason to look further.

The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. It worked perfectly for me because I was going to be in Durham for the day. The process from pulling in the parking lot to getting your car back once it's finished was absolutely seamless. Everyone was so nice and the process was quick. Since it was my first time there, the first attendant walked me through all the options, and there are a lot of them. Once you let them know what package you want and you pull up to the designated area, you're directed inside where you pay and there's a very comfortable waiting area. They also have a great selection of beverages and snacks. There are also several options of things to purchase for your car, like air fresheners, chargers, etc. It was a beautiful day out, so I decided to sit outside on the spacious patio with tables, chairs and other seating. At one point, there were 4 people working on my car once it came out of the washing tunnel, one inside each door. They got every nook and cranny in my car. Hand wiping and vacuuming, I was so impressed. They called me by my car when it was finished. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, he took part in the awesome cleaning of my car himself. It's a family run business. They did the best job, and I have recommended them to every in the Triangle.

On July 28th, I contacted Bullcity Towing, LLC for the third time regarding my vehicle. The first…read morecall I needed my vehicle jumped due to a corroded battery terminal. My car was not able to be started without a jump. They came out. Jumped my car with no issues. I then left them a 5-star review, as I thought they were a reputable company and I was pleased with the work. The second time I called them was due to a flat tire. I had them tow my vehicle to a local tire shop where my tire was then replaced. On both occasions, I was present with the vehicle and observed them completing the service. Again with no issues. The final time I called them on July 28th, 2026 I informed the company that I would need my car towed to a local mechanic to replace the battery terminal as it was badly corroded and my car was unable to start or stay running. Prior to this issue. There were no other issues with my vehicle. As evidenced by the text message thread in this review. Bullcity Towing, LLC. Agreed that they would be able to conduct the tow despite myself and my car's keys not being present. Upon completing the tow, my vehicle sat at Precision Tune for a day with a broken gearshift due to the negligence and lack of professionalism displayed by this company. Upon speaking with my mechanic I was informed in good faith, that my vehicle would not shift out of neutral and therefore the mechanic had to override my gearshift in order to get my vehicle into the bay to be serviced. This issue was not a pre-existing condition with my vehicle. I was informed by the mechanics that this was due to Bullcity Towing's negligence and carelessness in handling my vehicle. I contacted Bullcity Towing immediately upon receiving this information and directly requested answers as to what occurred during the tow. I was then allowed to speak with the technician who handled my car, Ronaldo Moreno, and was informed that my vehicle's driver side door was opened. (See the photos taken by Ronaldo, my drivers side door was not opened) Ronaldo Moreno the took it upon himself to enter my vehicle without my permission or consent. Ronaldo then proceeded to inform me that he pressed a button on my gearshift to override my car into neutral. At the moment he committed this fraudulent act, he caused damage to my vehicles gearshift which led to an additional $600 in damages. I have multiple video recordings of Ronaldo and the entire Bullcity Towing team lying about what happened to my vehicle during the tow. I tried to be diplomatic and settle this matter with a demand letter from my attorneys office. They appeared at the attorney's office lying about the situation once again. Let me tell you something. You don't get to ruin someone's vehicle, demand they remove their review of their experience with your company, and then expect them to remove all correspondence with the powers that exist to rectify and hold fraudulent business practices accountable. My complaint with the DOJ and BBB will stand. As well as the review being modified to reflect the updated status of what had happened since. You said court would be "perfect" (see photos) and perfect it will be. Never underestimate or assume an individuals financial status based off of the optics. I will do everything in my power to get back all that is owed to me and then some. It has been three weeks since I had my car towed by Bullcity Towing and I still do not have my vehicle back. I've missed days of work and had to rent multiple different vehicles. Save yourself the headache and avoid doing business with these amateurs at ALL costs. If you felt that you were not at fault for "previous mechanical issues" my car was having then why would you pay for the damages after you showed up to the attorneys office trying to intimidate the staff. Please avoid doing business with these folks. They are a joke.

Washnwerk damaged my car and verbally agreed to cover the damages. When I sent them the quote for…read morethe damages a few days later, they denied responsibility and denied ever offering to pay for the repair. Multiple other customers reported similar problems with Washnwerk. Here's what happened: I brought my car in for a window tint and picked it up to find damage on the rear driver's side of my vehicle -- white paint transfer and my light blue paint scraped off. When I discovered the damage, the manager, Garrett, acknowledged it looked like a white car had hit my car and verbally agreed to cover the cost of the repair. My partner witnessed this interaction including Garrett saying "We'll cover the cost of the damage because I don't want you to leave here feeling like we screwed you over." I did not file a police report that day because I trusted his word. I included a photo of my car that I took immediately upon discovering the damage. Upon sending him the quote for the damage, he claimed his employees denied causing the damage and that his ring camera footage showed nothing happened to my car. But that footage was conveniently deleted before anyone could review it. He also denied ever promising to pay for the damage. Because I trusted his initial commitment and didn't file a police report right away, I lost the opportunity to have law enforcement review that footage; law enforcement said they would have confiscated the footage the day the damage was discovered if I had filed a police report. I inspected my car for bird droppings the day before dropping it off at Washnwerk and a witness can confirm they didn't see the damage before it was left in their care. I am now stuck with a $1,000 deductible on a property damage claim for damage I am certain occurred at this business. I looked over the reviews left for Washnwerk on Google and found 6 other reviews describing damage to customers' vehicles such as exterior damage and new stains in the interior. In every instance, the customer reports that the damage was never remediated or at least doesn't mention any remediation. Washnwerk commented on one of these reviews claiming they wanted to make it right, but the customer didn't update their review to confirm any remediation had happened. One reviewer reported the exact same experience as me -- an initial offer to pay, later retracted. There are screenshots of these reviews below. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please choose a detailing company that stands behind their work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. If you've had a similar experience and haven't shared it yet, please do share.
