Without warning , I receive an email saying that the rate that, by the owner, was to be honored, was almost tripled. Her words ' will honor this rate for you' and then tripled the price. On top of that, the crew left my house without vacuuming and mopping main areas? I have the texts to prove the apologies, but still, if you're going to turn around and triple your price? I don't think so...be aware of promises and especially when she has her 'partner' Lee join. My sons heard him asking what the 'golden ' time was to be spent at the house for them to leave.
