They treat the whole family there with one side being dedicated to adults and the other side treating only children. My three-year-old loves getting her "treat token" for being good and using it to get a bouncy ball on the way out. I think that's the only reason she cooperates! All the staff have been very friendly. I've only had one acute (non-routine) visit and they got me worked in super fast. Dr. Brad Adams is genuinely very nice and I feel comfortable in his care. The practice is very modernized (my previous dentist was still paper charting) and very clean. I highly recommend!

When you push on the task bar there are no parts or pages it takes you to. They wanted me to print off paperwork for her visit but neglected to tell me that the paperwork was in a 24 hour porthole. What?? I had to make the appointment two months ago so I was just counting on the fact that the paperwork they sent me was in an appropriate e-mail with an attachment to print. Oh well. I also never received an appointment reminder. I'm glad that I wrote down the time and day of the appointment. They might be great dentists but I see where people would just be turned off by the technicalities. A functioning website is a must have in todays world and portholed paperwork??? whatever.

I have yet to hear about what they are gonna do with my sensitive tooth, it's been 7 months and 2 visits DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST, HE IS JUST GONNA SWIPE YOUR INSURANCE THAT'S ALL

Everyone was very polite and did not hesitate to ask me what i needed whether it was water or a blanket as I sat in the dentist chair. I appreciate Dr. Stovall attention to detail and ability to answer any questions I had. Definitely will be continuing my dental service here.

I had dental work done on 7/23/2024 (Crown) and was giving an follow-up appointment for today…read more8/5/2024 @ 1 PM to have my permanent crown put on, and one tooth removed which is giving me pain. So when i arrived and told the staff that i was here for my 1PM follow-up I was told i did not have appointment for today. I presented my appointment card to the to the Lady at the window, she looked at the card which clearly indicated that I did have a 1PM appointment for today. I was than told that i would have to reschedule and take another day off work. I informed that receptionist that my appoint should be honored, as staff errors or lack of knowledge on how to schedule appointments for patients. To make matters worse the receptionist refused to inform the head dentist DDS. S. White in an attempt to correct the issue by having my permeant crown put on today. leaving me flat out to deal with the pain. As a past administrative Assistant of a Substance abuse facility in New York City. I find that this kind of service is unprofessional and deplorable leaving the patient to seek emergency dental care elsewhere, in an attempt to cover up their incompetence. -3 Stars Gregory Webb.

Our experience with this dentist has not been good, First they charged a 100 dollar missed appt…read morefee, which I apparently agreed to in the initial paperwork, When my wife got to her appointment, she had to wait for the dentist to work with other patients at same time. Total hands on care in a 3 hour period in the dental chair was about 30 minutes my wife says. I was told by the Manager/Office receptionist that there is a 2 hour block of time allotted for my wife's procedure but there is only one dentist and she works with multiple patients at a time. So why the high missed appt fee if she was working with other patients also? We went to prior appt's only to find out that they were closed when supposed to be open but I didn't ask for a 100 discount? I asked to speak to the manager and spoke to the office receptionist, could be the manager also , I don't know, to no avail. no offer to discount the missed appt fee on next care or nothing, In addition, her temporary tooth was pressing against the next tooth and causing her discomfort for two weeks. In my case, All in need is a deep cleaning and was referred to another dentist who could do the job but was charged for an exam. Hmm referral specialists? Charging for care not actually performed but only referred out. Why go there if they're just going to refer? Overall not a good dentist practice in my opinion. This will probably be removed by them also we'll see.

I started taking my toddler here too and they've been patient with him and he loves it!! Now bringing my 18month old soon. I love how all the staff greet you I've never had bad encounters with any of them. They always seem to have a smile on their face and enjoy their job and I never felt judged by any of them it's an amazing place I hope soon their star rating can go up to a 4.5 and above soon.

They aren't even under prescribing. Or prescribing in the first place. This is bullshit they treat you like second rate dope fiends anytime you can't deal with pain. They ripped a tooth out my head even though I had an infection they never prescribed me anything after yanking it out other than the numbing agent. I have a knot in the side of face and they don't even prescribe me any antibiotics once they see me again b/c of a "what if" they say I may have a toothache in the future I mean c'mon man that's bs

I asked if they are taking new patients, when I told her my mother aged of 87 and she let out a gasp and said we are not taking patients till June. Came over to Riccobene and they were very nice and took her as a new patient for this coming week.
