I can either pay out-of-pocket or getting in contact with my husband before they close at five to provide the updated insurance info. Seriously you're gonna tell me that I need to message my husband and get you the information or what I have to wait six more months to get another cleaning appointment? Ridiculous.

My three-year-old loves getting her "treat token" for being good and using it to get a bouncy ball on the way out. I think that's the only reason she cooperates! All the staff have been very friendly. I've only had one acute (non-routine) visit and they got me worked in super fast. Dr. Brad Adams is genuinely very nice and I feel comfortable in his care. The practice is very modernized (my previous dentist was still paper charting) and very clean. I highly recommend!

What?? I had to make the appointment two months ago so I was just counting on the fact that the paperwork they sent me was in an appropriate e-mail with an attachment to print. Oh well. I also never received an appointment reminder. I'm glad that I wrote down the time and day of the appointment.
